I was so impressed with Dr. Petty’s staff and with him in particular. Everyone was so nice. He was thorough, did an excellent job explaining my condition and clearly communicating my treatment plan.

I just love this whole team so much! My insurance is out of network so i pay up front and then later get reimbursed. Alysha in finance texts me each time my claim goes through to tell me how much credit i will receive and when to expect the reimbursement. She is so kind each time we correspond and helps answer any questions i have related to claims. This is the first dental office (or any providers office) I’ve ever been to where the entire start to finish process is pleasant and I genuinely look forward to seeing everyone there.

I’m so glad I found Petty Dental after my long time dentist retired. Dr Petty is an absolute credit to his profession! He is focused, detailed and professional with his treatment. He explains the’root’ cause of your problem and offers different treatment plans. I am so grateful to him and his entire team for treating me and making me smile worthy and pain free again. I look forward to my checkups and any future treatment I may need for Dr Petty is certainly my 5 Star dentist!

Very calming comforting environment from the time I walked in the door until I left. I was surprised the depth of the examination I felt like a patient not just a number. The staff actually cared how I felt and answered all my questions however small they may have seemed. Great sense of humor we all laughed a few times . I would highly recommend going to see them with all your family dentistry needs big or small.

I recently visited Dr. Petty for dental care, and I couldn’t be more impressed. What made the experience especially meaningful is that Dr. Petty was once a student at Bel-Aire Elementary, where I had the privilege of teaching. Dr. Petty took the time to explain everything clearly, made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment, and provided excellent care. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Petty to anyone looking for a knowledgeable dentist who genuinely cares about their patients. Petty Dental is one of the first places I visited when coming to TN. They were referred to me by a local friend in Tullahoma. Nearly 7 years later, I am SO HAPPY I found them. I love not only my routine hygienist, but the dentist and the administrators up front. It is a very pleasant place to visit. The dentist is honest, upfront, transparent and seems to share similar values and interests. I now live 90 miles away and still won’t change to someone else. I really enjoy my visits to Petty Dental. I have had a lot of dental experiences over the years. When I was 9 I had my two front teeth knocked out. So much that I would have panic attacks! Petty Dental is such a great environment that I don’t have panicking feelings when I go for a visit!

I felt very comfortable during my appointment which I very much appreciate. I have become very nervous at the dentist in the past few years due to bad experiences elsewhere. I went in with a concern and was treated with kindness. We got to the bottom of my issue quickly and treatment was explained perfectly.

Dr. Petty and his whole team does great work! He thoroughly explains the procedure and addresses any concerns you might have. Our whole family, including our children, go to his practice and have always received great care.
