Been enjoying MLK dentistry for my 4 kiddos for 9 years. Never a bad experience. Amazing staff and quality service. Looking out for the overall growth and health of kids teeth! Easy scheduling and online portal!

We have been bringing our kids to Drs. Morrow, Lai and Kitterman for the past 15 years, and we couldn’t be happier with the care they’ve received. From the moment you walk in, everyone is kind, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making children feel comfortable. We are thankful for the years of exceptional care and highly recommend this practice to any family looking for a pediatric dentist in Tulsa!

My kids have gone here for several years, and we have generally had good experiences. However, the billing has seemed aggressive and rude lately. I had a bill that was just 30 days past due and I received a statement with things underlined, highlighted, and the written words "payment due NOW" underlined. Nowhere on the statement does it say that you can pay online. Maybe if it that was clear, you would receive payments faster, as it is much more convenient to pay online rather than having to wait for business hours to call. As a business owner, I understand frustrations in waiting for people to pay what is owed, but I would never be so demanding of payments, especially for established patients that have never truly been delinquent on payments.

Very disappointing first dental experience. I specifically chose this place because they seem to care about it being a good experience for the child. I didn’t expect it to go perfect but didn’t expect it to be so aggressive and impersonal. The staff at the desk and hygienist were exceptional. The building was nice, clean and cute. But Dr. Kitterman was not. She walked in without introducing herself and asked me to grab my child and lay him down. Staring at us point blank. Mask on, glasses and goggles. Very scary and made no attempt to ingratiate herself to the child. I cannot stress enough, this person did not even say hi. She did not talk to my child at all. On the intake paperwork it asked if my child had, had a bad dental experience in the past, this was his first and it was terrible. To ask a question that implies you value the experience and then provide the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my whole life is baffling. I would never trust that woman with my child again. The front desk offered to schedule me with a different dentist in the future, and I took them up on that offer because I do not think this establishment has those value use only Dr. Kitterman.

My favorite dentist! Has plenty of things for kids to do while you wait and the staff is fabulous! My son has a hard time with brushing because of a specific condition so he has had a few cavities we’ve had to deal with. Our local dentist referred us here and we’ve stayed since. They’re able to handle everything from regular cleanings to more in depth dental work so it’s nice to have it all in one place!!

We love MLK! The staff is so friendly, the waiting area is full of coloring pages, at tv with kids movies on, and a huge pirate ship with a slide for the kids to play on. They have aquariums all over and most importantly, take such good care of my girl! She is always excited for her dentist appointments. Highly recommend!

Finally found a pediatric dentist that is absolutely incredible! Everyone is always so kind and gentle. The kids actually don't mind coming to the dentist 😄
