From my first appt the whole office has been so thoughtful when it comes to my dental care. I haven't seen a dentist in over 13 years, Dr. Davis and his team have made me feel so much more confident in my smile already. The level of professionalism and care combined are top tier!

My appointment with Perfect Smile of Tulsa, was nothing but a pleasure and encouraging experience. With having a long list of medical history and diagnoses, I was very nervous about my appointment. But Dr. Crain, Angela, and literally the entire staff were all extremely comforting and kind. Their demeanor completely eased my anxiety. Dr. Crain took additional time to explain the steps of my treatment process and was very positive about achieving great results. Also, Angela took extra time to help me with my new roadmap and she showed nothing, but compassion and kindness as she worked hard getting it finalized. I look forward to getting my treatment started with Perfect Smile!

I was a new patient to this office to see Dr Crain. From check-in to check-out everyone was great. They were friendly, professional and punctual. I was told I needed a crown and was offered to do it the same day which surprised me since its a big procedure. Great experience overall.

I have been going to Perfect Smile for about a decade and have generally had positive experiences. The staff is friendly, hygienists provide thorough cleanings, and Dr. Davis has always performed professionally. On a recent visit I had a routine cleaning with no cavities or surprises. I paid out of pocket for the recommended fluoride treatment, but was surprised to receive a bill a couple of weeks later for charges not covered by insurance related to the exam. I was told that insurance did not cover one aspect of the routine exam. I would have appreciated being told in advance that the service was not going to be covered by insurance. Instead, I have to pay this extra amount. After speaking with the office, I was told that nothing could be done but they would try to warn me next time of uncovered charges. As I explained to the office, if it happens again, I will have to seek a new dentist.
