I really have a great experience with American Dental.Upon my arrival I was greeted with warmth by the lady at the desk, she is super sweet and kind, you can tell she's is well trained and knows her job very well,I got there on time. I was sitted in a beautiful, clean room and I didn't have to wait for a long time to be seen by the proper personal, the staff in general makes you feel like you are the only patient/client assigned to them, they are caring and patiently takes their time to explain everything that they are about to do for you, they know how keep you less anxious by treating you with the maximum TLC.Its very hard to find a dentist office where everyone are so pleasant and kind.I am so glad I choose American Dental,I won't hesitate to recommend it to my family members and friends. They are the best.Thank you.
UPDATE, In response to business: The issue is that I’ve contacted the office multiple times to get details on what next and to schedule the implant procedure with no luck and nothing but frustration!! I didn’t or intend for this review to be anonymous yet at the same time I’m not placing my personal phone or email on a review. What sense does that make! If you want to make an effort to actually follow up on my review (but not my issue) fine. Name: Tiffany Williams- I’m sure you can look through your records to in the blanks!!! I am extremely disappointed with the administrative side of my experience at American Dental Center of Union. ******** I had an implant consultation in April and have been trying ever since to obtain clear information regarding my out-of-pocket costs and insurance coverage through Guardian. Unfortunately, the process has been frustrating and unnecessarily drawn out. Over the past two months, I have made numerous phone calls to follow up with the office and their Insurance Specialist, yet I have received little to no meaningful updates. Each time I call, I seem to get a different answer or no clear answer at all. The lack of communication, follow-through, and coordination with my insurance company has made what should be a straightforward process into a major headache. From my perspective, the office appears disorganized and chaotic when it comes to patient communication, insurance processing, and patient follow-up. Patients should not have to repeatedly chase down information about treatment costs and insurance approvals. That said, I do want to recognize Dr. Yakov Yakubov, DDS, who was the bright spot in my experience. My interactions with him were excellent. He has a wonderful demeanor, took the time to address my concerns, and made me feel comfortable and well cared for. The quality of care I received from him was outstanding. Unfortunately, despite my positive experience with Dr. Yakubov, the ongoing administrative issues have led me to decide to take my dental records elsewhere and work with another provider who can handle the process more efficiently and professionally. I hope the office takes steps to improve its communication, organization, and follow-up practices because the clinical care deserves better support from the administrative team.
This place is very lovely and everyone is super helpful and outgoing. They are very diligent with following up to ensure we as patients do not forget our appointments. Miss Maria does my cleanings, she is such a light to be around. Miss Tonya is also very diligent and caring. The doctors are also very thorough and caring as well. You can tell there is a standard here, one of them being patient care and it is being upheld. Thank you to all the staff there !💐
I had my regular cleaning with Maria yesterday, who has been my hygienist for the past two years, and she always does a great job—professional, thorough, and kind. I also want to take a moment to recognize Tanya, who supports scheduling for the hygienists. I’ve been coming to this practice for about 10 years, and throughout that time, Tonya has been consistently exceptional. She is one of the kindest, most pleasant people you’ll encounter—always welcoming, full of positive energy, and genuinely helpful. She makes every interaction smooth and easy, and she truly sets the tone for the entire experience. People like Tanya are rare. She brings warmth, professionalism, and a level of care that makes patients feel valued and respected. American Dental is incredibly lucky to have her, and I sincerely hope her hard work and impact are recognized by management. Achilles
I have been a patient here for several years, but unfortunately I’ve decided I will no longer be returning. The main reason is the poor experience I had with the receptionist, particularly the woman with blonde wavy hair. She needs to learn how to interact with patients without projecting negativity. As a front desk employee, she represents American Dental and the reputation of the office. I walked in with a positive attitude, ready for my appointment, and was immediately met with a dismissive tone because I arrived 10 minutes late. I had called twice beforehand to inform the office, but there was no answer. I live about 40 minutes away, so this ended up being a complete waste of my time. The interaction became even more uncomfortable when she needed to update my insurance information. I explained to her that, due to unfortunate circumstances, I do not have contact with the person whose insurance plan I am under. Instead of showing understanding, she responded rudely by saying, “Well I need his information or you need to call him, I don’t know, but I need it.” While I understand that certain information is required, the way it was communicated was unnecessarily harsh and unprofessional. This experience left a very negative impression. Front desk staff are often the first point of contact for patients, and professionalism and basic courtesy are extremely important. Unfortunately, this interaction did not reflect well on the office.
I arrived for my 11:00 a.m. appointment at 11:05 a.m. I am so grateful that I was allowed to keep my appointment. All the staff I came in contact with were very kind to me (As I am up in age). The receptions, front desk and hygiene were very cordial, just sweethearts. The x-ray technician was very cordial and patient with me. What can I say about my Hygienist, Maria, parxceĺlent. Second to none. Thank you for your impeccable services.
