Today Dr Dudhat graciously responded to my emergency call at 7am having lost tooth #11 while waterpiking my teeth! It was a root canal tooth with post knowing it was only buying me time 6 months ago. He arranged for me to come at 11am to have extraction, bone graft and implant customizing my cap as a temporary using his wealth of experience to execute in one hour. Most appreciate his wisdom! I am grateful for his technique to execute the painless Novocain blocks. Hands down the most comfortable implant I have received to date. My fitbit thought I was sleeping during the implant procedure! LOL!

Both my step-daughter and I utilize Advanced Dental for our dental care and we couldn’t be happier with the service they provide. Every person at this practice - from the front desk, to the Hygienists, to the Dentists - are all so kind and helpful. They truly make the visit as easy and enjoyable as any dental visit can be! They’re top class and the best in the business - don’t hesitate to book an appt with them!

I had tried a number of dentists in the Doylestown area and had begun to accept less than stellar performance as the norm. Dr. Dudhat and his team, however, are stellar. Dr. Dudhat is knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. He knows his stuff and is meticulous in his work. He is also patient-centered. His staff is likewise professional, efficient, and friendly. They go above and beyond for patients and are quite welcoming. They, too, know what they are doing. This is, indeed, an exceptional practice.

I waited until I was completely finished with Invisalign treatment before posting this review. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Dudhat since I was a kid, back when the office was located off Route 309. Most of my family still goes there. After getting out of the military, I returned to the practice and had no issues until Invisalign was recommended. I had braces previously, but over time some of my teeth shifted. I agreed to Invisalign treatment, which cost over $6,000. I was told the process would take around 20 weeks (roughly six months). Instead, it kept getting extended again and again. After nearly three years of wearing aligners, my teeth were still hurting and were loose enough that I could move them with my tongue. The office continued shaving down my teeth and trying to force the treatment to work rather than addressing the underlying issue. Eventually, I went to an orthodontist for a second opinion. I was told the Invisalign treatment had been handled very poorly and that I would need to start over completely. That meant spending another $6,000 out of pocket. Dr. Dudhat’s office only refunded half of what I paid, so I’m still out over $3,000 due to treatment that ultimately failed. Thankfully, after seeing an actual orthodontist, my teeth are finally in good shape now. I considered pursuing legal action and even consulted an attorney, but ultimately decided it wasn’t worth the time and stress. I’m sure some patients have had perfectly fine experiences here for general dentistry or even Invisalign. However, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office for orthodontic work. Had they fully refunded the failed treatment, I likely would have continued using them for general dentistry. Instead, the way this situation was handled permanently lost my trust. If you are considering Invisalign or other orthodontic treatment, I strongly recommend seeing a qualified orthodontist instead. If they attempt to have my review deleted I will repost with the receipts as well as the letter from Dr. Ajmera to provide proof.

My bi-annual dental cleaning today with hygienist Sharon was excellent as usual. Sharon is with Advanced Dental Esthetics for 27 years and she is the quintessential hygienist. She performs her expertise effortlessly with a gentle touch as she narrates her work keeping the patient informed and comfortable every step of the way. Advanced Dental Esthetics. Highly recommended. I left another dental office just to follow Sharon. She is the best dental hygienist I have ever gone to. She is warm, friendly, gentle, and so smart. She’s really good at educating while being nonjudgmental. She just gave me the best cleaning of my life. 100000% recommend her and this office.
