Super clean environment, comfortable front office area with friendly staff. I'm sure all their dental hygienists are great but Vanessa is awesome. Ask them about their dental plan. So worth it!

Smile Shapers has been an amazing dental office. From the moment you walk in, everyone is kind, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Eskander is incredibly caring and thorough. He takes the time to explain everything in great detail, making sure all of your questions are answered and that you leave with no doubts or concerns. He shows you exactly what is happening with each tooth, explains the procedures that may be needed, and provides treatment options without making you feel pressured. I especially appreciate that he prioritizes the most important dental work first and allows you time to consider your options. One of the things I love most is that they make crowns in-house. Their technology allows them to create a crown in about 35 minutes, which means the entire procedure can often be completed in a single visit. While appointments may last around two hours or a little longer, it is well worth it to avoid multiple visits and temporary crowns. I am truly grateful to have found a dental office that genuinely listens to its patients. The entire team takes the time to explain each treatment plan, review insurance costs, and discuss your individual case so you fully understand your options. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and patient-centered care make Smile Shapers an outstanding dental office. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patients.

Best dental experience ever! I came here for an emergency appointment while I was out of town and traveling in this area. They got me in quickly same day, were very kind and attentive, and did an amazing job on my root canal. This was definitely the best dentist work I have ever received, from the front desk to the Dr. Botros himself, and the assistant. I would highly recommend this place to everyone needing all things dental, especially emergency services! A hidden gem!

My 1st visit was wonderful, and I'm dental phobic. Everything about my visit was supportive and peaceful. Not a typical dental offuce. Angie, at the front desk, was a true ray of sunshine who eased the anxiety just by her presence and delightful approach. Afterwards, she even extended her day to help me with paper work/financing. The folks scanning and xraying were so gentle, the entire process was painless and stress-free. Then, Dr. Eskandar came to explain the findings and offer his expertise; several approaches and plans for consideration. He too was caring and supportive in the whole process. I don't think I've ever felt so comfortable in a dental office before and I actually scheduled two more appointments without hesitation. I even met the doctor's new weeks old little girl - so precious! I look forward to getting my teeth and my smile back in order at Smile Shapers without hesitation. They are truly accommodating and professional. I highly recommend Smile Shapers, and Dr. Eskandar.

If I could give this office 10 stars I would. Had called with an emergency and Angie the manager got me in right away. I can't thank her enough for her empathy and kindness. And a huge thanks to Dr. Botros who solved my problem perfectly with great skill. Every one was so accommodating and the office was super cute! I am so grateful and I will definitely be back. I highly recommend this place :)
