Dr. Dental: Dentistry & Braces

This appointment surprised me.My Daughter has been going here for a couple years no issues. The main staff always very kind and friendly. I’m not sure what happened on Monday when she went in for her wisdom teeth removal. The oral surgeon was extremely rude and disrespectful to my daughter. As he was giving her the novocaine he was very snappy with her. She had stated that the spot he was injecting hurt and she was uncomfortable. Understandably the needle does hurt so she was trying to push through. He continues to tell her “ Do not scream, there is a whole office full of people that don’t want to hear you.” My daughter was not being loud what so ever she let out a few squeaks of pain because it hurt her and he scolded her for it. The second he left the room my daughter started to hyper ventilate and cry because she felt as if she did something wrong. The nurse was very kind and was very understanding of why she was upset. As they were finishing up the surgery they were unprofessionally talking about there workout routines and what made there traps or biceps look better. Mind you he was actively putting stitches in her mouth.After my daughter was done he explained to me and my daughter how to care for the wounds and we listened. Three days after the appointment now she is looking in her mouth and is realizing that there is a mound of stitches over her right side tooth. Almost a tooth down from where the extraction was she has a random stitch in her cheek meaning that he must’ve cut into her cheek. I normally never have issues with this dentistry but the oral surgeon was rude and dismissive of a 16 year old which is quite shocking.

My experience was very bad. My daughter is ten years old. When we first came in, the dentist examined her and told us that she needed a root canal. The second time, they canceled her appointment because the doctor was not available. The third time, they scheduled her appointment during school hours, so we did not want her to miss school. We therefore rescheduled it. The fourth time, when we finally went in for the root canal, the doctor started working on her tooth. After that, the doctor told us that my daughter was too young and that they did not have the proper equipment to treat her. They said that because she is ten years old, we should take her to a pediatric dentist who has the smaller instruments needed for children. They said they could not do the procedure. This has wasted a tremendous amount of my time. My daughter has been experiencing pain for three to four weeks, and now I am looking for a new appointment elsewhere. My experience with them has been absolutely terrible. They should have known from the beginning that my daughter is ten years old. Instead, they kept telling us that they would do the root canal today or tomorrow, and then, after three or four weeks, we found out that they could not do it at all. This is not professionalism.

Jessica provided great customer service. This office gave my family the best experience and we've been going to their other office for over ten years. Overall, aim glad we met today. First time leaving an appt stress free from the experience. Thanks you!!

So fast, quick and easy. They didn't push unnecessary procedures (even when they could have!) Had a tiny filling done, and opted out of anesthetic, which went smoothly with no pain. Super happy with my experience. The online booking system is fantastic too. They're usually booked out but I was able to snag a last minute opening.

I had to reschedule my daughter twice, and I waited an hour only to hear the doc was running behind and they kept adding to my wait. I asked if this is the case with new patients, and there was a rebuttal. Their time management skills are below standard. Everytime I walked in for my appt, either there was an issue with the hygienist running late, not in or the doctor running late, oh and also room not available. If I worked here, I would be honest with the new patients and not make apps for them knowing we are over booking. There's no transparency here, only excuses.

This is a wonderful place. I had two root canals today. They literally catered to my needs while I was there. I wasn’t just another statistic for money. I do not know the name of the doctor or assistant but they were both wonderful. They talked to me the whole time which made me so relaxed. This was honestly the best place I’ve ever been. I could not recommend better

I was so pleased with my experience at Dr. Dental. Everyone from reception to hygienist to assistant were wonderful. The Doctor himself was so kind and explained everything to me in terms I could understand. I will definitely continue with them and will absolutely reccomend them!

Took X-rays WITHOUT A apron ! Horrible service , horrible place . Don’t go . Get on a waitlist anywhere else but here trying to gouge for money and would not provide a cleaning . Let’s say it again they suck . Hygentist Kim Uno sucked and Dentist doctor Divya Anugu didn’t even say anything to me when looking at xray . Communicate as a doctor . Will spread the word via social media everywhere. This lady wouldn’t even provide me her name or who she was . So here she is . Customer service 0 stars for her. My insurance husky is saying I’m allowed to have a cleaning tried passing phone to have them talk to husky and she refused. I was eligible for cleaning and they refused for a regular cleaning .

I want to give five stars to Dr Wilson for taking care of my mom's teeth and treating her with such kindness. He is a great dentist and has a great bedside manner. I also wanted to thank all the staff there everyone is so very nice they make you feel welcome.

Heartwarming staff. Great Energy. Very professional atmosphere. I received the most detailed and thorough teeth cleaning. I will definitely be back for all of my dental care needs. You should give them a try.
