I had an excellent experience here (and I hate going to the dentist, so it’s difficult for a dental experience to be excellent in my book). Everyone, from the front desk to the hygienists to the doctor, were knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and friendly. They put my anxious self at ease and made the visit painless (literally). I usually only visit doctors within my insurance network but I wanted a better experience rather than a cheap one, and I sold on the good reviews for DuPont Dental. People aren’t lying! This was a five-star experience.

I selected DuPont Dental strictly off of the 5 star reviews. This office has now earned another 5 star review. The staff blew me away with their outgoing, full of life energy. From the dental coordinator, to the dental assistant their professionalism also blew me away. Dr Banks just made it seem that no task was too hard for him. The way he explained my treatment plan just made me feel at ease. I know I am finally in good dental hands. My temporary crown I received in his office this morning looks so natural. I’m satisfied with no worries. Thank you Dr Banks and staff!!

Dr. Banks and his entire team were amazing from start to finish! Everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and professional. I felt comfortable and at ease the from the second I walked in the door to the moment I left. Dr. Banks took the time to explain everything and was honest enough to recommend not doing something I originally wanted because he didn’t think it was necessary. I really appreciate a doctor who puts your best interest first instead of just saying yes. The cleaning itself was seriously the best I’ve ever had in DC. One thing that really stood out to me was every single person in the office had a beautiful smile and teeth! It might sound funny but it gave me so much confidence that I was in the right place. The space is also very pretty and doesn’t feel like an uptight steril doctors office. I highly recommend Dr. Banks and his team! 💖

Such a wonderful experience at DuPont Dental! Everyone in the office is incredibly friendly and welcoming. My dental hygienist, Sheila, was by far the most gentle I’ve ever had so attentive, patient, and genuinely caring throughout the entire visit. I am an existing Dupont Dental patient. This was a 6-month routine visit which included additional work done at a Specialist's office. The team was well briefed on the other work I had done. Dr. Banks provided clarification on several aspects of the treatment I am undergoing. All very helpful.
