What a wonderful dentist office! I’ve normally had difficult experiences with dentists, but the staff here is incredibly kind, gentle, thorough, and informative. They are honest and do not try to push unnecessary treatments or take advantage of you. My hygienist was Dominique, and she was amazing. She was so friendly and made the appointment genuinely enjoyable, almost like talking with a friend. Thank you so much for your excellent care and service!
I went to this place to have one tooth removed and paid for the procedure. Later, I was charged again for the same tooth extraction. I feel I was charged twice for one tooth, which is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office. Be sure to review your bill carefully and ask questions about all charges.
Great staff knowledgeable friendly and courteous. Dr. Galeano sat to explain the procedure with a gentle and clear voice a making this a pleasant experience. Kim, Iris were super helpful as well as all office’s members thank you very much. Luna
I don't usually write reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I feel obligated to share. I'm currently in Florida handling my mother's affairs after her passing, and in the middle of all that I needed to see a dentist since I'm overdue. I thought this office might also be a good long-term option since I may be spending more time in the area. When I first called, I explained my situation. They initially tried to put me into a same-day opening due to a cancellation -- just 1.25 hours after I called -- which would have left me barely an hour to get there, and they pushed for me to have my prior X-rays sent over immediately to make it work. I told them that wasn't realistic (it ultimately took multiple calls and three business days to get them the records). As an alternative, they scheduled me for 9:00 AM the following Monday. I asked for something later in the day, since a first appointment right after a weekend can be tricky, but was told this was the only option. In hindsight, the urgency around filling that same-day slot felt more like desperation than a thoughtful patient experience. I went out of my way to make this work. I rearranged my schedule, made sure everything was submitted by Friday, received multiple confirmations including one at 7:00 AM the morning of, and left early to arrive by 8:45 -- 15 minutes ahead as instructed for new patients. At 8:30 AM, while I was already in the car on the way there, I received a call and text canceling the appointment. The reason: no hygienist available and they couldn't find a temp. I was also told they use temporary hygienists for cleanings, which is not something I'm comfortable with to begin with. Canceling at the last minute -- literally while I'm driving there -- after all the effort required to meet their conditions is unprofessional and inconsiderate, particularly given the circumstances I'd explained upfront. And requiring X-rays in advance for what was supposed to be a routine cleaning, only to cancel due to a staffing failure, raises real questions about how this office is managed. Now, already overdue and with further delay due waiting for this cancelled appointment, I have to start over finding a new dentist entirely. I understand things happen, but this level of disorganization and disregard for a patient's time is unacceptable. I have little confidence in how an actual appointment would have gone. I'd strongly encourage anyone considering this office as a new patient to think carefully before investing the time and effort. I certainly won't be rescheduling here.
I have been a patient here for 30 years now. Dr Miller is the bomb. They did extensive ortho work and really transformed my smile. The whole staff is great and Dr Taylor is a great addition to the staff. She has done some work for me and is gentle and caring. Please note that over this time I have lived as far away as FT. Lauderdale and still came here. It is worth the drive to get the correct care. Their network of specialists are also just great overall.
