I had a great experience today getting a filling. Kenadie was so sweet and kind. Jackie Fick was wonderful and really understood my needs and my budget. The office is clean with a calming vibe. It was an absolute delight. I don’t have dental insurance and their membership plan is quite a deal! I look forward to my next visit.

Awful. Everything was generally fine until an appointment for my children was missed (they began forwarding appointment info to my husband’s number despite using mine for over a year, later claiming they did not have his contact info and then at a later date claiming it was listed as my work number. I never made this switch and my husband assumed he was receiving duplicate updates because I’m the one that handles the scheduling). Once identified, they insisted because the appt was a no-show that they would only book another for 6 months out. Fine. I took the kids to a different office a week later.  Regardless, I needed special work done somewhat urgently and had already started the process of getting x-rays and waiting for months for the “pre-treatment estimate” they put in for. Which, come to find out, is not even required to start work and this was not conveyed. My husband called on my behalf to get some information and try to discuss secondary insurance after receiving the estimate and the team was unable to help. This is when we found out they did not have his information on file. Odd. So we both walked in to discuss my options. We inquired whether secondary insurance would help with costs and were informed that “sometimes it can.” Which was good enough. I was willing to wait a few more weeks to get the secondary coverage.  Fast forward, I’m dually covered and set the appointment up. The day comes around and they’ve not put the secondary coverage on file. Initially, we are informed that they don’t take MetLife. Turns out they absolutely do take MetLife, it’s even in-network so very confusing how that was relayed at all. This is a problem that takes some time to sort out-about an hour. We are informed we need to reschedule for next month because of this. Cost savings for added secondary insurance amounts to -$11,000+. Not a joke. Anyone using MetLife insurance is getting fleeced at this location for any meaningful work. Total before secondary insurance was 12k+ and the new owed balance was 23k+ before insurance. MetLife covers 3k/yr. We reschedule just in case.  Husband can’t wrap head around the math and goes back to try and figure out what’s going on. The same individual who initially said they don’t accept MetLife doesn’t feel comfortable giving the physical price sheet to husband because the new adjusted price is insane. One week before my scheduled appointment they blow up my phone trying to get me to confirm my appointment. Two days later they call my husband’s phone and ask HIM whether I’m going to the appointment or not. He says he will get in touch with me to call back. Lady says “well we are going to cancel in one hour so she needs to decide.” They allow HIM TO CANCEL MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. this wouldn’t be an issue except they are canvassing an entire week out during the workday and in possession of a non-refundable deposit of $150. They just get to arbitrarily cancel on you and keep the change if someone speaks on your behalf apparently.  Like I said initially, this place was fine until the missed appointment. Might be a good idea to make sure they plan to contact your actual number for reminders.

I tend to shy away from dentists, mainly because it’s always been painful. I met with Dr. Krause and he worked up a plan. I immediately began the fear of the appointment. The first appointment was with Taylor. Taylor did SUCH A GREAT JOB cleaning, I didn’t think my teeth could be that clean. The next day I had to have a few extractions. Dr. Krause knew about my fear and he did such a great job keeping me calm and informed through out the whole process. I left the office and kept waiting for pain, there was none. The next day I was still waiting… the pain never came. This group of people have single handedly changed my mind about going to the dentist. From Brandy in the office, to the person cleaning my teeth, to the doctor doing my extractions, the entire experience was pleasant and NO PAIN!!! THANK YOU!

Dr. Krause did an excellent job placing crowns on my upper teeth! I couldn’t be happier with the results—I absolutely love my new smile. The entire staff has been so kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Thank you all for making it such a positive experience!

i have to start by saying that i am deathly afraid of the dentist due to past trauma. Dr. Kyle Krause was absolutely amazing. He kept me informed the entire time. He saw how much pain I was in & helped me relax by providing me with numbness medication. His team was patient and didn't push me to begin until I was ready. We had to make the decision to extract the tooth. Of course it hurt but because of the care and taking time to allow the medication to beging numbing the extraction was more of a pressure pain. Him and his team was just amazing and I truly appreciate the time and care that they showed me. I explained why I get so scared and honestly hurt so bad when it comes to my teeth. The team listened and took extra time to ensure I was pain ready and emotionally ready. I would absolutely recommend Falls Town dental over any other dentist team that i have ever delt with in the past. They allowed my husband to be in with me the entire time. Thank you again Dr. Krause and your team.

Office staff is very nice and accommodating. They will let you know up front what the cost is so you can plan for the procedure. Dr. Fick makes sure you're comfortable through your procedure and explains everything. She takes pride in her work wants you to like the results.

This was my first visit to set up as a new patient. The staff was very courteous and professional. I made mention that I needed to get set up as a new patient as I was needing to schedule a cleaning. They checked their bookings and just happened to have an opening to do a cleaning right then. How lucky!! 2 birds-1 stone. Kennedy was the hygienist that did my cleaning and she was absolutely fantastic. Wonderful personality, friendly and made you feel very comfortable. I was in & out in less than a hour. Thank you, Falls Town, for the service and attention.

I highly recommend Dr. Krauss at Falls Town Dental! He’s an amazing dentist and a genuinely kind person. I’m really looking forward to finishing the rest of my dental work with him. The entire staff was wonderful, and I especially loved JoAnn, my dental hygienist. She was kind, straightforward, and did a great job explaining everything so I felt comfortable and informed.
