Benchmark Dental Windsor

I haven’t been to BenchMark Dental in 10 years. Today was my first time back. Michelle was an awesome Hygienist. She was friendly and thorough. She explained everything. Bench Mark uses high tech equipment. The dental office is beautiful. My teeth feel so clean.😁😁😁

Dr Fowler and his staff have been nothing short of the best Dental office I've ever been in. My mouth is more sensitive than most, and the pain lead to pretty high anxiety for any dental visits. They have helped me get everything in my mouth back in order, and I have been able to relax while they worked. I could not recommend highly enough

Surprise billing is what I got from the 1/2 appointment I scheduled 3 months in advance. Only went in for a second opinion which was beyond worthless because the next dentist i went to found what benchmark couldn't find with a series of xrays I never agreed to. They said that they had warned me and by no means did they. Maybe they don't know how to bill insurance properly because I've never had this happen to me before.

I've been using Benchmark for more than a decade. They have helped me drastically improve the health and longevity of my teeth and gums. They are knowledgeable, polite and acutely sensitive to my needs. Vanity at the front desk is an absolute angel with the patience she shows me and my scheduling shenanigans 😊 I would recommend to anyone looking for a long term dental team.

I had the most positive experience at my first appointment at Benchmark Dental. Everyone I came in contact with the receptionist, Dental assistance , and the Dentist herself were very kind and professional. I felt like it was a place where everyone enjoyed their positions and I felt at ease. Thanks you are all so great!!!!

Benchmark was an exceptional experience! The staff was all amazing, especially Ivy, Kim, and Trish! The office has a cozy home feel to it, which makes you more comfortable. The high technology they use makes your experience so much better and the quality of my daughter's retainer that they made puts other offices to shame. Thank you Benchmark!
