All the times I have had an appointment have been very good. The staff is friendly and efficient. The Dentist is really nice and I don’t dread going to the dentist anymore. I just had the time of my life!!!! LOL!!!! Everyone is wonderful. I appreciate the evening hours. If you did not offer that, I would not be a patient there.

My wife and I recently moved to Carol Stream and switched insurance, so naturally, one of the first things we had to do was find a new dentist. A huge reason we ended up choosing DuPage Family Dental was because of all the great reviews — and I can tell you with certainty, they are completely justified. From the beginning, Dede was incredibly friendly and helpful. She made sure everything was taken care of and made the entire process smooth and easy. For my first appointment, I had the pleasure of working with Adelina, and she was genuinely one of the best dental hygienists I’ve ever had. I’ve had some pretty horrible experiences with dentists in the past, so customer service and how a practice treats its patients are extremely important to me. Adelina was respectful, kind, knowledgeable, and answered every question I had with so much patience and confidence. She even took the time to recommend and send me home with different products to try — a tongue scraper, toothpaste for sensitivity, and even the right toothbrush head. She absolutely nailed it. 10/10! If you go here, ask for Adelina! Dr. Shree was also extremely friendly and does a great job running his practice. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and is intentional about making sure they’re taken care of. The office is modern, updated, and welcoming, but what matters most to me is how they treat their patients — and this team does it with genuine respect and care. I highly recommend DuPage Family Dental to anyone, whether you’re looking for a dentist for yourself, your kids, or your entire family. This is a practice you can genuinely trust to do the job right while treating you with respect. Highly, highly, highly recommend the entire team. I honestly can’t say enough good things about them!

Got two fillings 1 year ago. They billed me three separate times, the third time claiming that they “double charged the insurance” and not to worry about it only to double back and tell me that I actually did owe money. They sent bills to my house for 9 months. Very sketchy.

Adelina is my hygienist, and she is absolutely exceptional, incredibly kind, gentle, thorough, and meticulous with every cleaning. You can truly tell she cares. Dr. Shareef and the entire DuPage Family Dental team create such a warm, professional, and welcoming environment. Adelina is hands down the best hygienist I’ve ever met! I hope I can always make my appointments with her. Also, Dr Shareef is truly an excellent dentist and I completely trust him. They also make the billing very transparent and understandable so there are no surprises. I never knew that it was possible to feel 100% relief about your dentist appointments but it’s really an amazing feeling!!

I had a very good experience at DuPage family dentistry in Winfield. I recently had a root canal and crown done, and the entire process went smoothly from start to finish. The dentist was very professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident during the procedure. The staff was also excellent—friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. They made sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions. I truly appreciate the professionalism and kindness of the whole team.
