DuPage Family Dental of Winfield

Got two fillings 1 year ago. They billed me three separate times, the third time claiming that they “double charged the insurance” and not to worry about it only to double back and tell me that I actually did owe money. They sent bills to my house for 9 months. Very sketchy.

The best dental team our family has ever experienced. From the moment you walk in, everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel genuinely comfortable and cared for. Adelina is my hygienist, and she is absolutely exceptional, incredibly kind, gentle, thorough, and meticulous with every cleaning. You can truly tell she cares. Dr. Shareef and the entire DuPage Family Dental team create such a warm, professional, and welcoming environment. If you’re looking for a dentist office that combines expertise with genuine compassion, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Adelina is hands down the best hygienist I’ve ever met! I hope I can always make my appointments with her. Also, Dr Shareef is truly an excellent dentist and I completely trust him. They also make the billing very transparent and understandable so there are no surprises. I never knew that it was possible to feel 100% relief about your dentist appointments but it’s really an amazing feeling!!

I had a very good experience at DuPage family dentistry in Winfield. I recently had a root canal and crown done, and the entire process went smoothly from start to finish. The dentist was very professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident during the procedure. The staff was also excellent—friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. They made sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions. I truly appreciate the professionalism and kindness of the whole team.
