The staff here are the nicest people ever! I don’t think I’ve ever had such great customer service or experience at any other dentist or doctors office. Tia and the doctor went out of their way and above and beyond to help me with my situation and make sure it was taken care of that day and I couldn’t be more appreciative of them. If I could give them 1000 stars I would!

The whole staff is extremely efficient and professional.i was there to get my teeth cleaned. The tech did a good job and was very caring. When I checked out, the receptionist mentioned the flapper zi had was temporary and asked if I wanted to make an appointment to get impressions for the new bridge and to make an appointment to get a 30 or. old filling replaced that had a cavity starting. She stated they could do it now. I said ok. I had impressions done and Dr. Bennett did the filling. I felt NO PAIN whatsoever. He is highly recommended by me.

Upon arriving, the person at the front desk was busy multitasking and she was doing a great job at it! During all that, she still had a moment to acknowledge me and I thought that was nice. My hygienist Leslie is the best! She always makes me feel chill, as she knows I get anxious. I then got to meet Dr. Benson he was awesome!! I felt really good and comfortable as I remember seeing him at church, so that uplifted my spirit & energy. Keep doing what your doing y'all are awesome!!!

I visited New Smile Dentistry for the first time because I was dealing with severe tooth pain, and I can honestly say it was one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, Tia greeted me with a warm smile and made the check-in process easy and comfortable. Joann was amazing during X-rays and prep, making the entire process feel easy and relaxed. Dr. Benson was outstanding—he explained everything clearly and made the treatment completely painless. I was honestly shocked when he said we were done. Everyone in the office was caring, attentive, and made me feel truly taken care of. The whole team works so well together and truly prioritizes patient care. If you’re looking for a dental office that provides an amazing experience, I highly recommend them. New Smile Dentistry has earned a patient for life!

Absolutely amazing service! Everyone was so helpful, caring, genuine, and kind. I have not had such an experience like this one before - without judgement and actual customer service and knowledge. Absolutely in love with this office and the employees. Already recommended my husband to come here too! If I could give 10 stars, I would in a heartbeat. So happy to have found my perfect dentist office!

In my 70’s and have had quite a few cleanings over the years. By far Bela is the best!!! Not once was i uncomfortable , nor felt any pain. Thank you so much Bela, you are a as valuable asset to this dental office indeed. I highly recommend this office. From when you’re greeted on the phone or in person, Tia is very personable, knowledgeable and offers specifics on next steps with your dental care.
