The staff is very friendly and its a very clean place. I only have a few things I don't totally like, all the hygienist are different everytime I go, & I never even see ones I have had before in there everytime I go and I have gone alot. Its also very expensive. But I haven't been to a dentist in a long time before coming here so it could be average. I also go every 4 months at their suggestion when average most people go every 6 months so maybe that would make a difference. This last visit I was a little upset also because they forgot to charge me on my previous visit so they doubled my charges on this visit. Which insurance doesn't cover any of the cleanings but we all know most dental insurance is poor anyway. The front desk is great and friendly. No complaints about the staff just don't enjoy a new person I have to deal with every single visit I have had I think 6 different people clean my teeth out of 6 visits. I might be different then most but I like consistency with at most 2 different people I see everytime I go.

Great team. Having been a number of years since I've been to the dentist i was somewhat apprehensive to finally go. The staff was reassuring and put me at ease. Dr. was informative and a pleasure to work with.

I have been going to York Towne Dental for about for about 6 years. I have been generally happy with my visits in the service I received however today I was disappointed. The hygienist was fine but after my cleaning I was waiting for the dentist to come and do their exam. I waited 10 minutes and then walked out because the dentist was busy with another patient. My time is just as valuable as any other patient's. If the dentist cannot respect that my time is valuable then I may have to find a new dentist.

I’ve been going to this dental office for years, and I can honestly say they are amazing. The entire team is always friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients. They make every visit comfortable and stress-free, and the quality of care is consistently top-notch. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled dentist. 5 stars all the way!

I’ve been going here for a while. Very friendly staff and timely during my appt. I recently finished my Invisalign treatment, the end results were amazing! I received my retainer and noticed my teeth shifted. I brought this up but was dismissed and told it’s normal. I don’t expect my smile to be perfect but I hoped my teeth would stay pretty close as to when I finished my last tray. I paid out of pocket since my insurance wouldn’t cover. My smile is way better than when I started but I would be lying if I said I’m 100% satisfied with the end results.

Updated: everything was not as it seemed. They did something wrong and I am left in pain that did not exist before they did their work. They refused to fix it. They gladly took my money though. Thinking back on each visit, I had to argue and fight for myself during each one. I shouldn't need to fight so hard for myself. They seemed to be rushing through each appointment. They said I needed a deep cleaning but they don't appear to have cleaned anything. I still have a stain that I brought up during the first appointment and looks as though it has not been touched. I've never met a medical professional as argumentative and abrasive as this. I'm now left in horrible pain and have to go pay for someone else to fix their work. I would recommend finding another dentist that actually cares enough to listen and do the job correctly. Maybe find one that doesn't like to argue and deflect. I genuinely feel like a victim. ***Initial Review: I finally got my smile back! At first I didn't think I was going to be happy, and was feeling pretty low. BUT I immediately spoke up and they actually listened. They addressed my concern immediately and the result was fantastic. I'm ecstatic! Give them a chance and speak up if you have concerns. They are well worth every penny, and minute.***
