I loved my experience at this clinic. The clinic is super clean and neat. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Dr. Kim was great! Very kind, caring, and down to earth. I really enjoyed how she would explain the areas of concerns and whether further treatment is needed or if it can wait. The conversation was very honest, straightforward but not pushy which I really appreciate! She really thinks and advocates from the client’s perspective! The whole teeth cleaning was fast but detailed. Definitely staying with this clinic from now on! 💯

Palm Dental in Alhambra is a 5 star family dental . I have visited office three times. Workers treat customers friendly and professionally. They have very sophisticated x-ray machines. I was given a detailed fact sheet of costs of future dental procedures, as I had numerous issues. The dentist and/or dental assistant explain any type of procedure, also will recommend the best option. I have limited income, so have had extractions only. They accept most insurance. I was very happy with how well they handle a simple tooth problem or something else. I recommend Palm Dental in Alhambra for you and family.

Palm View Dental was one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. Dr. Kim is very caring, professional, knowledgeable, and beyond excellent. The office staff are kind and responsive. The equipment seems up to date and quite advanced. And the office is always clean. Excellence all around ! Office was terrific with reminders for the appt...and they answered text messages...I loved that...as I wanted to verify whether the Invisalign consultation was free...and via text, I received confirmation. When I arrived, I had just sat down in a comfortable and clean waiting area when I was called inright away...no waiting. Very impressive. Also impressive was the camera technology used to create a 3D image of my teeth...it was quick and accurate...Dr. Karen Ho also impressive ...impressive diagnostic skillz, highly professional...impressively knowledgeable. Dr. Ho's office gave me a written estimate, I was tempted to pull the trigger right away, since the pricing was surprisingly affordable. But I never act impulsively so I will think about it. If I had agreed while there, the fitting procedure could have started next day. Also as I suspected this was also not just a cosmetic vanity issue, this method is a way to preserve the longevity of a healthy bite and healthy teeth. If I do Invisalign, I'd definitely choose this practice and Dr. Ho. I decided to do the treatment...impressed with the state of the art equipment providing exact measurements The treatment will begin in a month. Everyone in office consistently friendly and helpful.
