We are very pleased with our Alvin Smiles experience today. The staff and Dr. Ali were professional and congenial. The office was very clean. Very reasonably prices. Answered questions well. Their services not overly aggressive. We have found our new dentist. We will definitely go back.

Beware! This company used my credit card information to charge me for a service I never received. I never authorized them to store my payment information for future charges, memberships, or recurring payments. I paid for all of my treatments in full at the office using the credit card terminal, so I was shocked when I suddenly saw an unauthorized charge of $133 for a cleaning on June 22. I called immediately to report the issue, but no one took effective action to stop or resolve the charge. I was transferred between three different people, each telling me someone else would contact me. They also promised to process a refund, but as of July 17, absolutely nothing has been resolved. The worst part is that I have had to chase them every single week. No one has ever reached out to me proactively—not even to apologize for such a serious and unusual mistake. In the meantime, I had to pay the credit card charge out of my own pocket, and the only response I keep receiving through text messages is that they are "doing the best they can." It has been almost one month, and they still have not refunded my money or provided a real solution. I hope no one else has to go through this experience. Please be very careful with your payment information.

This was a wonderful visit for both my little ones. Dr. Fahham was thorough with explaining the dental procedure and amazing at giving us tips to help prevent future cavities. 🦷 He was careful with my little ones and very patient with them and understanding. The front desk care was amazing and patient in explaining the costs and benefits of their dental options. Overall the visit was quick, on time and you can tell this office values their patients. I would recommend them to others.

I found Alvin Smiles after changing insurance providers and have not been disappointed! They take time to hear your concerns and tailor your dental experience and cleaning to your current needs. Dr. Ali does a great job at walking you through every thing he does so you stay informed and feel comfortable. I have had nothing but a great experience here :)

I have been needing work done on my teeth for awhile and every place I called was just outrageous with cash prices. Alvin smiles has been the best to me from the doctor to the staff they are all kind and caring and you can tell they love their job. I have recommended this place to family and anyone asking about a dentist to go to. If you are looking for a dentist who has financial options, loves their job, is kind and cares about your smile I recommend them.

Deanna and the front desk team were inviting and pleasant. The X-ray tech and Dr were very accommodating and gentle. This has to be my best Dental office experience ever. I’m extremely impressed….

Dr. Ali Fahham was the sweetest. So kind, gentle and very good at explaining things. This was our first visit, but we will be going back.
