Dr. Robison Family Dental

Update: The crown he put on fell off and the tooth became infected. I was informed that the root canal Dr. Robinson performed was not done right and needed to be done properly. I'm already out the money for the first root canal. Now i have to pay for a second. Please don't waste your money going here. Hands down, the most DISHONEST Dentist office I've ever been to! I grind my teeth when I sleep. I was told a gold crown would hold up better, if I paid an extra $400 out of pocket, which I did because I trusted them. They flat out lied to me about gold being more durable. They also charge a ridiculous 10.00 COVID fee each visit, which is insane because most of the staff wears visors instead of masks. I'm all for supporting local businesses, but not when they flat out lie and overcharge! Shame on you, Robinson Family Dental!

I went there a few times. They could never tell me the amount I owed because of insurance. So I paid what ever they said. The last time I went they pulled a tooth and it wouldn't stop bleeding. They put a medicine in to make the bleeding stop they said I had to pay for it because some insurance don't pay for it. So I did. She said I was all caught up and insurance paid for everything. And if they paid for the medicine to stop the bleeding I Would have a credit on my account. The insurance paid so I should have a credit but I quit going there and went to a different dentist closer to home and I got a bill.

I went here for the first time today after not going to a dentist for years because of anxiety issues and they were absolutely fantastic. The whole staff amazed me with how sweet they were and so focused on making sure I was comfortable and okay! I would definitely recommend them to anyone with dental anxiety and needs a bit more care!

This is a good place that cares about people. I had an incredible amount of tooth pain, I made an appointment with my regular dentist but they couldn't get me in for a couple of days. One Saturday it was just too much to bare and I started looking for an emergency type thing, this place left a number for us to actually talk to someone, and they were willing to see me after hours on a Saturday to get me the help I need, this guy is a true lifesaver and has definitely got himself a new patient. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

We had a great experience at Robison Family Dental. They saw our son one afternoon after he had busted his lip/gum at wrestling practice. It was definitely an emergency situation and everyone was stressed out about getting him care immediately. It was right at 5:00pm - and they were willing to stay late to provide him with excellent medical care. They stitched him right up! Dr. Robison was prepared and thoughtful - he even checked in with us the next day to make sure things were going ok. What was a bad situation turned out very nicely and completely manageable because of Dr. Robison and his team at Robison Family Dental.
