I'm highly suspicious they're doing more unnecessary work for more money, they have poor equipment, and have poor quality work. I have had one cavity in my entire life go here ONCE and have four. Went back to my old dentist and I was clear and have been since. Had an issue with lingering numbness for weeks to the point I was scared of nerve damage. My sister had a crown that had to be redone by another dentist from them. And they have no certified dental hygienist - meaning only the dentist can actually clean your teeth properly here which has to be requested and is not a given when scheduling a standard appointment. Polishing and cleaning are different. (This may have changed and I hope it has).

New patient. Enjoyed the ambiance in the office. Addi and Dr Robison took great care of me. Thorough, patient, and kind. Also love the business doesn’t pressure to purchase services like every other dentist I’ve been to. Highly recommend!

I never made it to the appointment because the front desk staff was so hateful. She insulted other patients and even insulted my place of employment. The last straw was her insisting they should be able to run my credit because I have insurance. Ummmm what? I explained to them that they have an agreement with the insurance company to be in network. If they’re afraid the insurance won’t pay, they probably have had problems billing correctly. Red flags galore. Steer clear.

Went in for a root canal told it to 2 trips to do it because they have to make a permanent crown. After 3 trips, an unscheduled cleaning, and several thousand dollars, I’ve given up on getting the crown! Person that called me was rude, very condescending and acted very unprofessional. I finally just said thanks but no thanks. Now I find out that other dentist won’t touch me due to him already starting it. What a waste of money!! And I bet the actual dentist has no idea.

Best, kindest and most gentle dentist I've ever been to! Every single person that works there is so sweet and I'm not afraid to go back for my procedure. I'm very impressed with the dentist himself and his entire team!! Thank you for making me feel comfortable in your office and chair!
