I recently was reminded of how helpful Dr. Josh was during an injury to my child’s tooth years ago. I didn’t think to leave a review back but he helped us navigate insurance during this unexpected expense. He did not have to do this. He just wanted him to receive the best care

My daughter has really bad anxiety and started to have a panic attack when they were doing a filling and they tried to hold her down which made things 10x worse. My dad (who took her to the appointment) got upset and intervened. Dr. Josh was extremely rude about the whole thing saying they can’t do their job if she’s not still, and they can’t continue to treat her unless she can cooperate. My daughter was 13 at the time and I’ve heard from many people they have ZERO compassion for older children, which is bull if you’re a pediatric practice! I switched her to a different dentist and she hasn’t had any problems since!!! Working with children that have certain mental/health issues as a pediatric practice goes a LONG WAY!! They need to learn a thing or two about this!

Our children have been patients with Dr. paynich and Dr scott for many years. We love this dental practice!!! Not only are the Dentists amazing but all of the staff is kind, compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. We will be sad once our children age out of this practice!! S. Barger

Joke of a office..no compassion for kids and families. I wouldn't take my dog there!!
