Staci is probably the best and most caring hygienist I've ever had!. Hands down, the best. Thank you Staci. I was extremely nervous from past undesirable experiences and long overdue for treatment. No pain. No judgment. Nothing but support. Both Staci and Dr. Bish were amazing! They LISTENED and are including my wants and needs along with their wants and needs for me in my upcoming treatment plan. More to come as my treatments progress, but so far I would highly recommend this dental practice! Thank you so much, Staci and Dr. Bish for a great experience!!
I had a wonderful experience at Summerville Dentistry! Dr. Harper and her dental hygienist were extremely gentle and thorough. I truly appreciate them taking their time to examine and treat my teeth, as well as answer all of my questions while making me feel comfortable. Highly recommended!
I had a great experience at my appointment. The only issue I had was that prior to me scheduling my appointment, I indicated in my email to the office that I had a specific insurance and was looking for an in-network provider. The office called me to schedule an appointment so I believed that meant they were, in-fact, in-network. I showed up for my appointment today, got one xray and had a dentist look at my teeth for 2-3 mins &was charged 198$ total due to them not being in network with my insurance. They recognized that it was their mistake so they wrote off my xray (I am grateful for that!) I did get a prescription to hold me over in case it’s needed until I am able to see an oral surgeon (I’ll confirm that the referral given is in my network); however having to spend ~200$ for a consultation was not on my bingo card for the day, especially in this economy. Truthfully, if this office is within your network, I recommend them all day everyday because of the atmosphere and friendly service! I just wish them being outside of my network was communicated to me earlier on so I could have saved myself the coins I did not have for this office visit. They do seem to offer payment plans and require paying up front for folks outside of network (first new patient visit would be ~350$ and every other cleaning following would be ~85$-200$ depending on if X-rays are needed) which, if you can afford, is a great set up considering how pleasant the service is! I’d suggest checking them out (esp. Dr Lorie Harrell, she is one of the friendliest people I’ve met in the city) and am glad that I was able to be seen by then within a few weeks when everyone else seems to have a waitlist months out. They do require a 50$ hold to keep your appointment and it’s credited to your appointment or released if you cancel prior to. That is to help with NCNS and last minute cancellations. Overall, my experience was ideal and I do wish I could afford to continue to go there.
The best dental experience! I needed care quickly. I was concerned about being a new patient, but they showed concern and I was given a quick appointment and great care. The office staff is professional and so nice! Dr Wingard is personable, calming, thorough, and provided excellent care and a plan for me. He did his best to find the source of my pain without rushing to treatment. His assistant was super nice and did a great job with X-rays and care. The office is beautiful and clean. The equipment looks like it’s the latest technology. I highly recommend this dentist and the business.
I had a great experience at Summerville Dentistry. Dr. Lori Harell was the best, she took her time, answered all of my questions, and truly made sure I understood everything. I never felt rushed and felt very supported throughout my visit. My hygienist, Ranko, was also wonderful she was very gentle, professional, and caring. The whole experience made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I’m really grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate dental team.
