West Augusta Dental Associates - Dr. Gregory Clepper, Dr. Robert Turner, Dr. Carson Glore

My rating dropped from a 4-star to a 1-star based on how this office handled retrieving payment from my two insurance companies (which, even with my assistance, never provided the information that was required so that they could receive payment for the services rendered. As a result, they never received the payment and, in the process, refused to see me for my dental care until I could pay the bill in the amount of $470.00 (take note, this is not the amount that they would have received from the insurance, but this is the amount that they required me to pay, knowing that I did have two different insurance companies. As a result of not being able to receive dental treatment for over 9-10 months, I experienced severe dental damage, which will now cost me thousands of dollars to repair and fix. My rating is reflective of the poor customer service to a loyal customer for several years, along with my wife dating back to the early 2000's. I paid the bill but will no longer use this office as my provider. I hope that no one else will have to go through what I have experienced Brame

Came in for a new patient appointment and was extremely pleased with this office. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming, and my hygienist really listened to where I had sensitivities and did her best to avoid this areas while scaling. She was extremely gentle while still getting my teeth clean. My doctor was very kind and knowledgeable, as well. It takes a lot to impress me after I myself have worked in the dental field for 15 years, and this office exceeded expectations! I’m very happy to call this my new dental home!

The reception staff is very friendly and helpful! We were walk ins looking to find a dentist after relocating to Augusta. The receptionist had two appointments together for my husband and I the very next day! We took the appointment and filled out the preliminary work on a tablet. The appointment the next day was punctual and professional. This is an excellent Dental office!

West Augusta Dental Associates is by all metrics the best dentistry I have ever had in my long life. I just became a new patient of theirs. The new patient sign up process - efficient and effective. The multi-front alerts to appointments (multiple texts and email), and accommodations to look for earlier openings for my wife and I - terrific. The competency of the dental hygienists - epitome of cleaning excellence and with advice to brush/clean my teeth. The top-shelf ability of Dr. Clepper to diagnose and treat - the same frickin day! - a crown for a vulnerable tooth was outstanding. I was blown away with the excellence of this dentistry on all fronts in serving my wife and I.

I have been going here for a few years now. It was highly recommended after my pediatric dentist and I see why. The staff is always very friendly, the place is spotless all the time, and I’ve never experienced any issues with my appointments starting on time. Definitely recommend going here!
