Cloud Dental

I had my front dental implant done at Cloud Dental, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. My implant felt loose after the procedure and was not stable. I had to return to the office many times for adjustments. My current dentist has advised me to wait and allow more time for the bone to heal, but the process has taken much longer than I expected. During the implant procedure, I felt very frightened. I did not feel reassured or comfortable while the doctor was drilling, and the experience left me feeling anxious. Another concern was that several different assistants took turns working on my implant under the doctor’s supervision. Having multiple people working in my mouth made me feel uncomfortable and did not give me confidence in the continuity of my care. In addition, my appointments were mishandled on two occasions, resulting in unnecessary trips to the office, which was frustrating and inconvenient. Overall, I did not feel that the communication, scheduling, or patient care met my expectations. I hope the practice improves its patient care and communication so future patients have a better experience.

I had a font tooth that had previously been crowd fall out. Crown Dental gave me an emergency appointment and manage to cement the crown back in place temporarily. I am thankful for accommodating me and the help they provided. I would highly recommend Cloud and it's professional staff.

We moved farther away, so we had to start seeing another dentist but honestly, I would rather drive 45 minutes to come back to Cloud Dental. It is hard to find a dentist who is honest, trustworthy, and not trying to charge you for treatments you do not actually need. As someone who works in healthcare, every detail matters to me. I love that the office uses the latest technology, and the entire experience was excellent. The front desk staff was wonderful from the moment I called to schedule until the moment I left. The hygienist was also amazing she made me feel completely at ease and explained every step throughout my cleaning. I have already been telling all my coworkers to leave their dentists and come here, especially after hearing so many of their horror stories. I truly trust this team and highly recommend them!

I’m currently out of town in Austin and broke my tooth. From the moment I called cloud dental and until I left I was treated by a very helpful, friendly and professional staff! I had an amazing experience with the dentist and all of the staff. If I lived in Austin, this would be my new dental office. If I could give more than five stars, I most definitely would. Dr Samani and his team are top notch. Have taken great care of me. Have gotten multiple implants from them. They are the best in town when it comes to dental implants. Highly recommend if you’re looking at getting some.

Great experience! The consultation was very thorough and professional. The procedures were explained meticulously and in terms I understood. Dr. Samani & his staff (especially McKayla) were very patient & kind. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes great pride in his work & businesses (Anchor Dental Implants & Cloud Dental). It’s been 3 months and in another few weeks I will get my final upper (all in X). Overall a very positive experience and I have referred family to him. Highly recommend.
