While my parents have dental insurance, they aren't very good about seeing dentists regularly.. My dad called me complaining about a toothache and despite them having not completed their new patient paperwork yet (we set Legend Dental as their assigned primary dentist), Legend Dental found time to see my dad immediately. The dentist was able to resolve his issue and I'm absolutely thankful they could take care of this for my parents so quickly. I'm hoping they have learned their lesson now and will now continue to go to the dentist every 6 months. Let's see.

I had my first visit today at Legend Dental! The Staff was very friendly and helpful they also made me feel welcome and comfortable!.. I appreciate the Doctor being attentive to my dental care. I will definitely return and recommend this office!😁 Glad I switched!

I am writing this review with the sincere hope that it can eventually be updated following corrective action. Thirty days ago, I scheduled new patient appointments online for both my spouse and myself. I received an email confirmation at the time of booking, followed by an automated reminder shortly before the appointment date. When I arrived—on time—for the first of the two appointments, I was informed that I was not on the schedule at all. The receptionist initially asked whether I might be at the wrong location. I showed her the confirmation email from their own online booking system, at which point she acknowledged that their online scheduling system does not work. This is not disclosed anywhere on their website, and the system presents itself as fully functional: accepting appointments, sending confirmations, and issuing reminders, creating a reasonable expectation that the appointment has been properly recorded. While the receptionist was courteous and apologetic and did reschedule me, a more serious concern arose during intake. When intake questions began, I asked whether the forms I had already completed online, including extensive personal, insurance, and medical history information, were available in my chart. I was told no, because the website does not track or transmit that information to the office. At that point, I had to stop the process. The intake forms required the upload of significant amounts of personally identifiable information (PII) and protected health information (PHI): data that is protected under both federal and Texas law. The staff could not tell me: where that information is stored, whether it was transmitted securely, who has access to it, or whether it is retained, audited, or properly safeguarded at all. Given these uncertainties, I formally requested that a manager and/or the organization’s privacy officer contact me. When an organization invites patients to submit legally protected data through its systems, it has a legal obligation to know where that data resides and how it is protected. Failing to do so raises serious concerns about privacy compliance and patient trust. This review reflects concern, not hostility, and I am hoping the organization takes this feedback seriously, addresses the operational and privacy gaps, and demonstrates compliance with applicable law so this review can be updated accordingly.

I cannot recommend this practice enough. The staff is incredibly supportive and professional, making every visit a smooth experience. They are consistently on top of diagnosing and treating common dental issues before they become major problems. Additionally, their scheduling process is efficient and hassle-free - truly a well-run office that respects your time and health.

Thank you so much to Legend Dental! I was assigned this location by my insurance, so I didn’t have any expectations going into it. After my appointment, I can genuinely say I had such a good experience. Dentists are so scary to me, but every staff member was so incredibly kind and personable that I felt really comfortable. They took great care of me and made me feel that my oral health was prioritized. Shout out to Dr. Stanley Lin and the amazing reception team up front.

Dr. Lin was absolutely amazing! He took the time to walk me through everything he saw on my X-rays, and he even personally cleaned my teeth, something I’ve never had a dentist do before. He also made sure I was able to see ortho the same day. Even though the ortho department was busy, they kindly squeezed me in, and Dr. Lomboy took the time to come over and give me a quick evaluation. I truly appreciated how caring, patient, and accommodating everyone was. What stood out the most is how judgment-free and supportive the entire team was. Dr. Lin gave me a clear plan to achieve a perfect smile without making me feel guilty about the condition of my teeth, a complete contrast to my past experiences at other offices. We now come here as a family. Dr. Lin also took care of my 11- and 9-year-old and completed their fillings with ease. From the moment you walk through their door to the end of your visit, the team at Legends Dental is kind, professional, and truly focused on patient care. I HIGHLY recommend this office!
