Vermont Dental Care

I had a dental emergency involving a potentially life-threatening infection. I tried three other places who refused to see me. These folks got me right in and took amazing care of me. I have never been in so much pain in my life and they supported me through it with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. I can't praise their entire team enough.

I can't speak for the rest of the office, but the woman at the front desk was not nice. I called about a filling that fell out, willing to pay out of pocket and everything. She was rude and unhelpful. First contact in the office should be nice. i will never suggest them to anyone. I left my name and number with another staff member who was kind, never got a call, called them back and she said "well I guess no one gave it to me"

Hands down the most amazing staff and care for my son who has severe anxiety with dental work! They cared about him talked him through it all even with tears running down him face! THANKS SO MUCH

Folks there are very helpful, and Dr Steve did a great job trouble shooting my issue. I tried several dentists and could not get in anywhere except Central Vermont Dental and it would have been a 5 day wait. I first tried Plainfield Dental and they would not even schedule an appointment until they received my previous dental records. I could not see my previous dentist because i am currently on Medicaid. They were NOT helpful, even rude. I was in excruciating pain with an absess in my gum. All fixed up now and very thankful!

First 2 times all they did was refer me to a different dental office. The last time I went in due to tooth pain they took an x-ray and said it could be filled. After setting up another appointment later in the month to come back the dentist told me he thinks now it needs to be pulled but he cant do it so he referred me to another dental office again. Waste of time going to this place.
