Dental Town-Berwyn

Took my son for a school physical before his freshman year start and the service was great. The young ladies at the front counter were amiable and helpful. The dentist and her assistant were precise, professional, offered good advice and had us out quickly. Wait time was amazingly nonexistent. Overall, a great dentist visit. We will be returning next weekend to deal with some cavities. We recommend this clinic to anyone needing dental work.

My daughter had an amazing first visit! It was very easy to book, everyone was kind, helpful and everything was straightforward! The Dentist and assistant were very kind, attentive and friendly with me and my daughter! The doctor was knowledgeable, honest and very helpful. We will definitely be back AND will recommend them to others as they were recommended to us!

Let me start up by saying I have going to the same dentist for the last 15 years & she retired— so I have not been seen by a dentist in over 5 years. I have a hard time with trusting new doctors and dentist but this place had decent reviews, took my insurance, and was fairly close to my house so I tried them with only a few read reviews an let me say…. I am so happy I chose THEM! There are a lot of dentist in this area but I took my time choosing who I went to and they are so good! I experienced two doctors during emergency appointments and both times they handled me with ease and care and sadly I did not gather names before leaving as I was happy to be out of pain! I had A tooth extracted on one side and a root canal done on the other side. The root canal pain was the worst before I got the actual procedure and from the time he started on me to the time he finished & this being the next day—I have zero pain. The surgery was seamless and it looks very good. Very impressed. I like being clear so I will update this with names later but they for sure are the real deal in terms of professionalism as point of contact starts the moment they answer the phone and they for sure handled me with compassion and care from the time I called to the time I walked out. I’m really impressed with this office as they get it. People want courteous, professional, accurate service without having to wait 40 minutes before being seen. The male dentist move through the building so smoothly and professionally he was the only dentist this day and the way he worked the office was so professional and accurate I pay attention to details like that. He listened patiently and explained everything thoroughly as well as his coworker who was a female dentist with beautiful eyes by the way, her eyes are so beautiful and piercing that has nothing to do with the job ( I know!lol) I just want to say that cause I can’t remember her name but remember her beautiful big brown eyes peeking from under her hijab scarf. I am happy when places like this open up because some people really look for and need providers like this that makes it easier for them to want to come and be seen. This is now my dentist home and I’ll bring my family here for sure 👌🏾 thank you all again! -Lydia

I had to reschedule a couple times for my routine check up and I truly appreciate the patience that the staff offered me. I know I wasn’t settled on a home dentist a few years ago and visited more than a few in Cicero, two others located ON Cermak and I wasn’t happy with my care. Mainly because my concerns about gum pain (+1year) were being ignored. Well Dr. Abulaila took me seriously! After he heard how many times I tried to address my concern with other doctors he actually took action & prescribed me a rinse that resolved my issue within the month. Although my discomfort was still there a week later at my follow up he assured me to basically trust the process. & I’m glad I did. That’s the REASON I consider this office my “home dentist”. Thank you Dr!, You & your team!

Everyone was very welcoming from the start. I was able to get an appointment the next day when I called. The Dentist explained everything prior to doing it even asked what I was looking for today at my 1st visit. I suffer from dry mouth so due to this I have many cavities. It was nice to "finally know" that due to this it will cause cavities and gave recommendations to improve it. I felt heard and respected. Can't wait to go back.
