All the staff and dentists are friendly and competent. On this visit I received excellent care from my hygienist, and Dr Ross, in addition to giving me a checkup, removed two old braces brackets from my teeth (which no one at Grand Av Dental had installed) for FREE. I highly recommend Dr Ross, his hygienist staff, and most everyone at Grand Avenue Dental Care.

Do Not! And I repeat, Do Not sign any paperwork at the end of your appointment (or before during intake) that renders you “financially responsible for any services administered .” Look for that wording exactly. I’m telling you. Because you never know when a dental tech will ad some extra special cleaning measures into your “REGULAR CLEANING.” And don’t leave until you dispute it in person. Especially when the person running your discharge actively scolds the Tech for not disclosing the services to the patient before performing them. Still charged for them, though… my wife is too nice and too allergic to public confrontation to have disputed it right then and there. She asked me to handle it and I dropped the ball of time; putting the bill in the “I’ll-get-to-it-later stack.” But hey, even when you do go to dispute it (no matter the timeframe) expect to get a good scolding about your financial mismanagement and poor life decisions from Receptionist Life Coach over there. Then plan to get ping-ponged back and forth between their office and the collections office, ‘CB1, Inc.’ with each saying “Nothing we can do, you’ll have to call their office and they can help you.” *Now look, I know the most that will happen is a chipper response under this review -from the offices’ P.R. Rep., expressing their wishes that things could have gone better and good luck in my endeavors, we strive for good business, etc., etc., and so on. I just want people to start acting like people again. Doctors of dentistry and dental technicians were once sons and daughters, students, People who were fascinated with teeth and dental mechanics. When their mentors asked something of them they said “YES!” And “Absolutely!” Grandparents at Christmas time with their teeth on full display as they listen to their grandbabies brag of how much they love this field and how good they are at teeth! It’s not for me to determine when the line became drawn, diving incisors first into the side with a big ‘$’ in the sand, leaving your footprints back in the “For the love of Dentistry” side. Idk about anyone else but I’m so tired of getting bled for my money and getting told “No” by everyone who answers a phone anymore. My grandparents are all dead, but I they were here they would be ashamed for where the world is going. I hope this gets across to someone, anyone. We got to start humanizing humanity, again. And that would satisfy my lack of resolve.

I have had some very poor experiences lately with dentists locally(lewistown)but traveling to Grand Avenue Dental has flipped the script. KIND, COURTEOUS, AND HELPFUL!! These folks helped me so much and it wasnt a year out either!! I dont have to go anywhere else and my gratitude is huge for that!!!

Office staff are very professional and friendly. They made me feel welcome and important. Hailey the med tech was so professional and was very helpful with her knowledge. Dr Honnaker was very nice and told me my options about my mouth issue. He was very professional and understanding to my concerns. Neither one rushed me through my appointment. After the dentist answered my questions he left. Hailey and I continued talking about the game plan for the next 2 weeks. If its not working she ask me to call her and we will figure something else out. I would recommend this business to anyone's who needs a great dentist and a friendly staff.

Absolutely LOVE this dentist’s office! Dr Ross has been fixing up my neglected teeth and he is hands down the best dentist out there. Along with his amazing assistants and staff the office itself is cozy and comfortable. Always immaculately clean and the procedure room has a tv to watch to keep you distracted from the maniac drilling into your mouth 🤣. I’m just playing they are genuinely the best people and the best dentist in Billings. I have an intense fear of the dentist and it kept me from seeing one for YEARS! I made an appointment here and they make sure you are completely comfortable and ok with the procedure before they even start. They were so understanding and took amazingly great care of me. I would absolutely recommend, more like INSIST that you switch or start going to Grand Ave Dental! Can’t say enough about how great this place is!!! Would give it TEN stars if I could! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
