Brewer Dental Center - West Clinic

We came to visit Billings from Eastern Oregon to attend an 18u college showcase baseball tournament for our son. My son was 6 days post op from having his wisdom teeth out and we thought for sure he was in the clear. He ended up with dry socket on day 6 with a double header the next day. I called Brewer Dental Center and explained the situation, they had us in within 3 hours. We were all very overwhelmed with the whole situation but when we arrived at that office every single person was incredibly kind and helpful. They worked directly with our dentist office at home to figure out insurance and had him fixed up within 15 minutes. They were so personable you would think we were regulars. Our son left the office 100% pain free with no medication and went straight to the batting cages. We are mid way into the day after and he still feels like a million bucks ready to tackle his games today. We can't thank Brewer Dental enough. Truly saved our bacon 700 miles from home. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Have taken my kifs here to get their teeth fixed and every time we go and the bill is broken down aftet they check my insurance they come up with random bills after the fact that are not mentioned and loke to harrass you that their sending it to collections when your not even aware of there being 2 seperate bills after it being paid and you think your paying all that needed to be paid but nope all of a sudden they come up with an extra amount that was never mentioned when your paying the bill originally. Sound like fraud and it very gross feeling that they do this. I will never take my family here ever again aftet this last experience.

Very caring and understanding of anxious or nervous people like myself who have had many bad experiences at dentist. They were thorough and did an outstanding job fixing my teeth. No pain during shot was the most relieving thing! Work was professional and oddly relaxing. Great relief to know I can go back with confidence instead of terror and panic. Thank you very much.

They are friendly, courteous, and accommodating, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The only small downside is that they tend to flood you with text messages and emails reminding you of your appointments — it can feel a bit overwhelming. But when it comes to your dental care, they’ve been excellent with me. No complaints there, and the office runs on time, which is definitely a big plus.

the first time i came up from wyoming i was told i could get same day emergency treatment for an infection and was unable to receive that. that was really the only reason i made the drive cause no where in my hometown area could get me quick treatment. i was kind of disappointed i feel as though my concerns were dismissed and down played by the first doc. the tech was great but the doc just kinda left me hanging didn’t really explain what he saw on the x-rays or how he would like to proceed. he just walked out of the room and the tech had to go grab him and bring him back to explain. it was frustrating. i ended up having to go to the ER for facial swelling and difficulty swallowing and got my antibiotics cranked way up. granted i am thankful they were able to get me in within a couple days but that infection really could’ve spread and turned into some pretty serious stuff. treatment day finally came and holy moly Dr Holloway and his team were great! the assistant Johanna was so stinking sweet and chill. she pushed to see if we could get my crown made that same day so i didn’t have to come back up in 1-2 weeks. she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed in the chair. i will in fact be coming back and requesting her cause i’ve never had such a pleasant experience at a dentists office. Doc was also super chill explained everything well to me was short sweet and to the point! i loved it definitely recommend Holloway and his team!

The ladies at the West End Brewer Dental Center went above and beyond to make me feel at ease as soon as I stepped through that door. The front office is spacious and welcoming and the vibe is relaxed. The Dentists and assistants were extremely insightful in helping me make the right choice for the dental problems I was facing at the time. Thank you again BDC
