I can’t say enough good things about Turley Dental Care. I was visiting from out of town when I developed a painful dry socket and was in absolute agony. Their team got me in quickly, treated the issue, and provided immediate relief. Everyone was incredibly kind, compassionate, and caring during a stressful situation. I’m so grateful for their help and highly recommend them to anyone needing dental care. Thank you for coming to the rescue!

I was skeptical because I have had a not so great experience here years ago but needed to be able to get into somewhere on a Saturday and they were the best option so I had to give it a shot and boy and I glad I did. It was such a different experience this time around. Dr Robert’s was hands down the best listened to my concerns and was willing to come up with a game plan that benefited my wallet and not just the company.

I recently came to the downtown facility for a teeth extraction, a procedure I was feeling very uncomfortable and anxious about. From the moment I walked in, the Turley dental team was incredibly welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure I felt calm and comfortable before the process even began. Everyone treated me with a genuinely positive attitude and a warm smile, which made a huge difference. The procedure itself went very smoothly. By the end, it was clear that this team is not only highly professional, but they also bring a caring, personal approach to their patients. As an out-of-pocket patient with no insurance, I also deeply appreciated their financial transparency. They were upfront about prices from the very beginning. Because my procedure ended up being straightforward, the final cost was actually lower than the original estimate. This honest pricing reflects beautifully on their integrity and business practices. I had a very good experience at Turley Dental Downtown Clinic in Billings. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire visit smooth from start to finish. The dentist and assistants took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. I really appreciated that they were patient, attentive, and didn’t make anything feel rushed. The office was clean, organized, and appointments ran on time, which made the visit even easier. They also communicated treatment options clearly without pressure, which I valued. Once again, Turley Dental has come to the rescue and provided me with great chairside manner, and options going forward. Not having insurance, I'm thankful for the annual plan of 2 cleanings and exam and one emergency appointment as well as twenty percent off all dental care. Fortunately, this has given me the opportunity. I might have been denied otherwise. My hat's off to Turley Dental, and i'm looking forward to working with them through the years ahead.

I’ve been to several different dentists in the area but Turley Dental Care will be my last. I feel comfortable there. I don’t feel like they’re trying to squeeze every last penny from me.
