Ashton is absolutely fabulous, level of customer service is sky high. Plus every employee I saw here seemed happy which is so rare. Loved how they checked with me on the costs of treatment and what insurance would cover before proceeding. I’ve never seen that from any healthcare professional before.

If I could have given a million stars I would. They genuinely care about their patients and put so much care into their work. From the front desk, to the hygienist, the dentist and her assistant down to billing everyone was kind and helpful. I’ll never need to look for somewhere else to go.

The hygienist I had was absolutely amazing. I believe her name was Ashley. I have never been comfortable at the dentist office, she explained everything from start to finish. She definitely raised the bar.

My family has always had a pleasant experience when going to Bowling Green Family Dentistry. Everyone is extremely helpful and kind. They have also made the experience with our 5 year old pleasant and he loves going to see them and getting his teeth cleaned!

It’s been awhile since I’ve been to the dentist. With that being said, I went this last Monday to Bowling Green Family Dentist for the first time. From the moment I had walked into the office, they made me feel absolutely welcomed. Once I had finished the easy intake paperwork, I got called back by Ashlyn, who was remarkably helpful, supportive, diligent and didn’t make me feel bad about skipping out on the dentist. We came up with a really great and clear plan going forward to fix my smile. From the very beginning I knew how much everything was going to cost, and was given a few minutes to make sure all my ducks were in a row, before moving forward. This is the first time I’ve been to a dentist’s office where it didn’t feel like it was just about the money. Thanks for being willing to help me!

They were incredible, I seen a professional lady named Ashley. Her & the dentist took wonderful care of me, and I will be bringing my family here & coming back for any future needs. Wonderful dentist!!!
