I had an extensive 4-hour dental appointment with Dr. Naz and Gabbie P., and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I arrived until I left, they were incredibly kind, positive, and attentive, making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The amount of work I had done was significant, but they never once made me feel like I was a burden. They truly brought their A-game and maintained such an encouraging and optimistic attitude throughout the entire appointment. Gabbie went above and beyond with thoughtful personal touches that made a huge difference. She offered me a blanket, repeatedly applied chapstick to keep my lips from getting dry, and even used a massager to help reduce the discomfort from the numbing injections. Those small acts of kindness made such a long appointment much more comfortable. She also did an amazing job making my crowns—they fit perfectly and look fantastic. I also want to recognize the rest of the staff. Whenever Gabbie stepped away to make my crowns or Dr. Naz needed to check on another patient, other team members stepped in immediately to make sure I was never left waiting unnecessarily. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and worked seamlessly together, which really speaks to the teamwork and culture of the office. If you're looking for a dental office that genuinely cares about patient comfort while providing exceptional, high-quality work, I highly recommend Dr. Naz, Gabbie P., and their entire team. Thank you all for making what could have been a very stressful appointment such a positive experience!

The level of understanding of their patients and the most important thing is Time, They care about your time and what you want. First visit to Precision Dental. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I especially appreciated not being pressured to have additional work done at this point. They showed potential problems, but said they would monitor them whenever I come in.

I recently switched over to precision dental after having a really bad experience at another dentist here in BG. This place is amazing! From the time you walk in the door you are greeted with kindness until you leave you feel like family with the entire team. My hygienist was so thorough and has the best bedside manner! The dentist was amazing and involved me in the plan of care moving forward! I am definitely excited to continue care here as I feel comfortable and confident in the entire team!

I had Dr. Naz today and Miss Gabbie. They so sweet. Very friendly, they made me feel good the whole time they were treating me, reassured me because I was nervous. I loved them so much. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends to come here. May Allah bless them. They were total sweethearts. I love coming to precision dental all their stuff are always sweet and very welcoming. I’m so thankful for them.

I had recently chipped a tooth but while I was out of town in bowling green working, the pain become too much to bear. I was able to navigate their website after hours one night and was able to secure an appointment the very next day. From the moment I walked in, the staff were very inviting and welcoming. It was a speedy check process with little wait time. Once back in the room, Gabbie made me feel very comfortable and at ease. When going over the procedure plan, it was explained in detailed and made simple for me to understand. The dr and Gabbie both made sure I stayed comfortable the whole time during the procedure. Even went as far as Gabbie turning off her personal heater in the room for my own comfort haha. One of the best experiences I’ve had with going to the dentist. From start to finish they were professional and friendly. I would highly recommend using Precision Dental for any of your upcoming dental needs. They did an outstanding job. Thanks guys! -Neal
