Sage Dental of Central Boynton Beach

Typical dental mill. ( read the one star reviews, we all say the same!) Keep scrolling and find yourself a private practice, not corporate like this. Your first appointment will be pointless and a waste of your money. You will book a cleaning and they will say that you didn’t. They will then try to convince you to instead purchase a “deep cleaning” … not covered by insurance of course! They refused to do a simple cleaning on me & said I would have to schedule that … I thought that’s what I was here for? This was my first appointment so why would you do a deep cleaning before a regular cleaning? You havnt even seen my teeth to determine that. Anyway, ask a friend or neighbor, anybody native to Florida and they will tell you to steer clear of sage dental. I made the mistake of not asking first & found out the harder way but once speaking to others, it’s clear sage dental had a poor reputation for insurance fraud & unprofessionalism. Best of luck to whoever reads this too late!

Well it was my 1st visit & I understand they need to take x-rays but they literally took 20 x-rays! Not happy about that. Never in my life has a dentist had to take that many x-rays ever! Then they did the exam & I met the actual dentist who was nice & went over future treatment options. Then I was left sitting there for like 30 minutes & I asked when the hygienist was going to clean my teeth. I was then told that they were shorthanded and could not do it today. So therefore I had to make another appointment. Not happy because I was told I was getting my teeth cleaned today. Also I never thought I would be there over 2 hours! Not a great experience 😕.

I had the most pleasant and honest consult with Dr. Claudia McDaniel at the Boynton Beach office yesterday. She is the first dentist that didnt try to sell me temporary fixes. I have dry mouth with a load of cavities and missing teeth. Instead of coming up with a treatment plan to fill and drill me dry of money, she recommended full dentures and explained all the steps from A to Z. I would recommend her to everyone! The office staff was very pleasant too.

I highly recommend this office. From the first contact to schedule an appointment to the actual visit was such a pleasant experience. Every staff member is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Everything in the treatment plan was explained in detail from the initial exam to the insurance coverage. The dentist was exceptional as well as the assistants and insurance representative I have improved my opinion of dental groups over private practice 100%.

All I can say is WOW! I was searching for a new dentist after leaving one who was extremely arrogant and outrageously expensive. After seeing all the positive reviews, I decided to give this office a try, and my experience exceeded every expectation. Everyone is absolutely right about Lisa. From the moment you walk in, she greets you with a warm smile and genuine kindness. I was taken back quickly, and the entire staff was friendly, professional and welcoming. The woman who took my X-rays was so kind and made me feel completely comfortable. Then I met Dr. McDaniel. She was wonderful. She truly listened to my concerns and took the time to explain everything. My previous dentist told me I needed a tooth extracted and claimed it was very complicated and would require a surgeon. Dr. McDaniel assured me she could handle it herself and it would take her about five minutes. She even offered to do it "right now" if I wanted it done that day. That was the moment I knew I had found my new dentist. I was also told I needed a deep cleaning which I have had done before and was not exactly excited about. They got me in right away, and the hygienist, Will, was amazing. He took extra time to ensure I was completely numb and comfortable. He was gentle, thorough and clearly cared about my comfort. It didn't hurt a bit! While going to the dentist is never something you look forward to, I left feeling great. The pricing was extremely fair and the care was exceptional. Thank you for restoring my faith in honest, caring dental offices and for making the dentist something I am no longer afraid of.

Sage Dental is such a great clinic! It’s clean, comfortable, and has a really nice atmosphere. The staff is professional and friendly. Lisa at the front desk is super sweet and always ready to help. Daniil, the dental assistant, was very attentive and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. The procedure was completely painless — I’m really happy with the experience and will definitely come back!
