Kyasha was very thorough when she did my teeth cleaning and made sure I was comfortable throughout. She was professional and provided helpful information of what I needed to do after the appointment. I highly recommend her!
The hygienist and the dentist were fine, but I was there for two hours for a check up. I arrived early for an 830 an appointment and was not walking out of there until 1030. No one seemed to care or apologize for the constant delays in all steps of the visit.
I have recently became a patient with Aspen Dental. I can say they are amazing , knowledgeable, and helpful. I have been to other dentist offices and was not satisfied but when I came last week everything went smoothly for me. Thank you guys again.
This place is a total scam. It’s giving car salesmen vibes. I had a two-hour appointment for what should have been a straightforward issue—a broken filling. Instead of focusing on fixing my tooth, much of the visit felt like a sales pitch for Invisalign and other add-on treatments. At the end of the appointment, they scheduled me to have the filling repaired four days later and collected my payment upfront. Later that same night, they called to cancel because they had overbooked their schedule. The next available appointment at that office was 10 days later. They suggested I call their Arnold location, which is owned by the same person, because they had openings in four days. When I called, I was told I would have to go through another exam and they couldn’t even guarantee they would fix the filling that day—even though they already had multiple sets of X-rays and other imaging in their system. The owner got on the phone and told me that expecting to have my tooth fixed the same day as the appointment was “unrealistic.” I disagree. When a patient has already been examined, diagnosed, and has imaging on file, expecting the scheduled appointment to actually result in treatment isn’t unreasonable. If less time were spent upselling cosmetic treatments and more time were spent providing the dental care patients came in for, scheduling might not be such a problem. After this experience, I don’t trust this practice with my dental care. If they can’t manage a scheduling system or honor appointments they’ve already booked and prepaid for, it doesn’t inspire confidence in the care they’ll provide.
I had a very frustrating experience with Aspen Dental. I had an appointment scheduled and was contacted 24 hours in advance to provide all of my dental insurance information, which I clearly shared at that time. The next morning, I received an email saying my appointment was being canceled. When I called to clarify, I was told they hadn’t received “verbal confirmation”—even though I had already spoken with someone the day before. I was then told I could still come in, so I kept the appointment. After arriving, I was informed that they do not accept DMO insurance—despite me providing that exact information during the confirmation call the day prior. The receptionist acknowledged the mistake and said, “that’s my bad,” but by that point my time had already been wasted. This experience showed a clear lack of communication and organization. Confirming insurance and appointment details should be standard practice, especially when patients are taking time out of their day to come in. I hope they improve their internal processes so this doesn’t happen to others. Wanted to reiterate how unprofessional this place is. You can view the desire to resolve issues by looking at how they only respond to positive reviews. No effort. Office is ran by teenagers who lack professional guidance.
Kyasha is amazing!!! Her office is beautiful. She’s so sweet and kind. I was freezing cold and she offered me a blanket and a heater. She made my experience feel like I was at home. We need more dental hygienists like her in this world.
After searching for a very long time for the right place for my dental needs, Im glad I came to this Aspen Dental! Office Staff, Caris is a Gem! She is so patient and nice. She took her time and helped me with all of my questions, including guiding me with my financing issues for the work that I needed done and she helped me to make decisions for future work that I might have overlooked and cost me more money in the long run She was great at helping me make all of my financial decisions! Awesome work! Next there was Regional Manager Ms. Nikki. So very professional to everyone in the office, even at a time when a patient wasn't so happy. Ms. Nikki made sure her needs were met and the entire office remained calm and all the other patients were cared for. All while being extremely professional which can be difficult from one manager to another. On my next visit there for my main procedure, dental hygienist Aria was extremely kind and comforting! She let me squeeze her hand a little during extractions when I was unsure and uncomfortable. Dr. Alex Wojtnya handled that part of my visit. All of the Staff here are Top Notch and Caring! I picked the right place for my present and future dental needs! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good and comforting dental office for all of your dental needs (partials, dentures, crowns, cleanings extractions, etc.)
