I had a wonderful experience at Brentwood Smiles! Dr. Nadia was thorough, attentive, and made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. Melissa was incredibly meticulous with all the paperwork and filing, and she took the time to clearly explain the insurance details and answer my questions. Rebekkah was an amazing hygienist—gentle, professional, and very thorough. The entire team was warm, organized, and caring. I highly recommend Brentwood Smiles!

All the people at this dentist office are so friendly. Jennifer was super helpful in getting me scheduled and calming me down before my procedure. She scheduled my procedure with Teresa who was so great, I explained that I had very bad dental anxiety and she helped to reassure me and numbed my mouth so well that I felt nothing. Overall my experience here was absolutely wonderful and it’s fully because of these 2 lovely ladies.

Exceptional Experience !! I’m scared to death to go to the dentist. Everyone here is so caring 🤍 Dr Akash was very patient and very skilled. Liz that is his assistant was AMAZING 🤍 Melissa the office manager was so great to me . She respected my privacy instead of asking me personal questions at the front counter, she took me in her office. I loved that. I had a deep cleaning!! The BEST one I have ever had!! First, I want to say that the front desk staff, hygienist, and dentist were all very kind and professional, and I have no complaints about the care we received. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the overall office environment. The office felt very bare and lacked the warm, welcoming atmosphere I’ve experienced at other dental practices. I would also like to point out how it did not look clean. And that’s a huge red flag for me. I had to bring my 5-year-old daughter in due to an insurance issue and because I needed a school form completed. She absolutely loves going to the dentist and often asks when she can have her next appointment. However, she was disappointed by how plain the office felt, and she was especially sad that there wasn’t a small take-home item for children, such as stickers or a goodie bag, which has been standard at every other dental office we’ve visited. While I understand these extras are not required, they do make a difference in creating a positive experience for young patients. Because of this, I have decided that I will not be returning for future appointments for myself or my other children. I would like to also point out that I have been an RDA for almost 10 years, and would consider myself experienced enough to notice all the small details I mentioned.
