Dr. Tony Schicktanz is the best and I highly recommend him for your dental needs. He has been my dentist for years and I followed him when he switched to this location. I am very satisfied following my first experience here. The staff are kind, helpful, and welcoming. And it always feel good to support a family practice.

If I could give O stars I would but 1 will have to do. Our experience at this dental office was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it. From the moment we arrived, I was concerned about the infection control practices I observed. A staff member put on gloves, touched their face, and then attempted to continue treating my child without changing gloves. As a parent, this was unacceptable and made me question the office’s hygiene standards. Communication throughout the visit was poor. Staff members did not introduce themselves, explain their roles, or clearly communicate what they were doing. I also felt there was a lack of informed consent, as procedures and expectations were not properly discussed before attempting to provide care. The office also enforces a $100 rescheduling fee for patients, yet they seem to have no issue changing appointments themselves with little notice. We received multiple reminders stressing that missing our appointment would result in this fee. However, after arriving on time, we were told they didn’t know why we were there, that there was no reason for the appointment, and essentially that we didn’t need to be seen—even though the appointment had been scheduled and repeatedly confirmed by their office. Rather than acknowledging the mistake or working with us to find a solution, the staff dismissed our concerns and made no effort to resolve the situation. We were left feeling like our time didn’t matter. To make matters worse, staff came into the room looking confused, began speaking to one another in another language in front of us without explaining what was happening, and repeatedly referred to my son as a girl despite being corrected. It made us feel uncomfortable and disrespected. Overall, we found the office to be unprofessional, disorganized, dismissive, and lacking in basic courtesy and communication. Our family’s time, concerns, and trust were not respected. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this dental office to anyone looking for compassionate, professional, and organized care.

My husband and i have been going here since it first opened 2007 or 2008. Never had any issues until today. We went for our month cleaning, mind you we go every 6 months, did we get our cleaning, NO! They knew we were scheduled for a cleaning since they called yesterday to confirm and schedule me a half hour later due to only 1 hygienist being there. They took ex rays and DID NOT put the protective cover on me! We were both told need deep cleanings, neither one of us got a cleaning! So been going every 6 months there and told need deep cleaning! In other words they aren't doing their job???

Decided to try out this Dentist office as I was seeking an experienced Dentist and great hygienist. Had a great consult so far and have scheduled future appointments. Staff were courteous and informative. Will post again after services are complete. Impressed so far. I have had several appts since that first one above. Everyone here is nice, professional and very good about talking through certain treatments. I like this location.

Family dentistry entire staff is awesome...all of them! Coming here has been the best dental decision I ve made. Jennifer is a sweetheart...gentle on the xrays..listen to your concerns and execute the best plan fornyour care. They work with you...real family vibes...recommend 100 percent!

I had a tooth extracted and felt absolutely no pain. The dentist and staff were so kind and compassionate. Everyone had amazing bedside manners and made me feel comfortable the entire time, and on top of that their pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend!
