Let me tell y’all about the wild dental office I spent two years in. The whole operation felt like a money-grab, patient care was an afterthought. Treatment plans were thrown around without proper pre-authorizations, leaving patients blindsided with bills. People were told they needed root canals when a simple filling would do. The lab was questionable, sterilization was sloppy, and OSHA standards might as well have been a foreign language. She pushed Invisalign on anyone with a pulse.. even folks with literally three teeth or zero need for it.. just to rack up production. She’d invent any reason to add procedures to a chart. Lazy on the job, unprofessional behind the scenes, and constantly talking trash about patients the moment they walked out. The whole environment was messy, unsanitary, and downright disrespectful to the people who trusted that office with their health. I’m just glad I got out. Run as far from this place.. Dr Carter is a terrible doctor.. that’s why her staff is always changing.

I'm a first-time patient and at Family dental care and I can truly say that the doctor is very caring, professional and very tentative to her patients needs and concerns. Her from office staff is awesome as well! I was referred to there office by a friend and I definitely would refer this dentistry to others as well!☺️
