I absolutely loved the staff and the treatment that my daughter received there. They did a great job with her! My only complaint is they don't tell you that they are considered out of network and because of that you can't maximize insurance coverage when you have two different plans. They check for coverage but not actually get an EOB which would have told us all this. We found this out the hard way and then had to pay the difference which was over $800. My mistake for not double checking as this was our first one to get braces. Again, they did a great job with my daughter and were very personable when compared to the other offices we had gotten quotes from.

Friendly staff. Answered all of our son's questions on the orthodontic process. Flexible scheduling. Flexible payments. Would highly recommend anyone consult with Dietrich orthodontics if in the market for these services. Also, introduced us to Puffy Pop!

Dr. Dietrich and his staff are incredible. When you walk in the door, you are always welcomed with a smile and a pleasant attitude. They are easy to contact and they are great with follow-ups. I recommend them to everyone with orthodontia needs!

From the moment we walked in my daughter and myself felt so welcomed! We came in for a consultation after not being happy with our previous orthodontist and it was the best decision we have made. My daughter left with her braces on feeling so happy and confident in this journey and that’s all I could ask for. Every single staff member was amazing and my daughter feels so much more comfortable with Dr. Dietrich than any other ortho we have went and seen. We are so grateful for this team!
