Our orthodontic journey has just started with an expander for our oldest son, but we have been very impressed so far! The whole experience from consultation to our first appointment has been wonderful. The whole staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We feel very taken care of at Dietrich Orthodontics thus far!

I absolutely loved the staff and the treatment that my daughter received there. They did a great job with her! My only complaint is they don't tell you that they are considered out of network and because of that you can't maximize insurance coverage when you have two different plans. They check for coverage but not actually get an EOB which would have told us all this. We found this out the hard way and then had to pay the difference which was over $800. My mistake for not double checking as this was our first one to get braces. Again, they did a great job with my daughter and were very personable when compared to the other offices we had gotten quotes from.

Friendly staff. Answered all of our son's questions on the orthodontic process. Flexible scheduling. Flexible payments. Would highly recommend anyone consult with Dietrich orthodontics if in the market for these services. Also, introduced us to Puffy Pop!
