The best dental experience I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked in, Jessica made me feel welcome with her warm personality and great conversation. Liz was incredibly helpful with scheduling and explaining payment options, making everything easy and stress-free. I’ve seen Dr. Patel twice now, and he has a wonderful balance of professionalism and friendliness. He made me feel like we’d known each other for years. When I had a dental emergency, he showed genuine compassion and made sure I was taken care of right away. I always leave with clean, healthy teeth and complete confidence in the care I’ve received. I can’t recommend this office enough!

I do not recommend this dental office. I initially requested a copy of my X-rays so I could have my previous dentist review and explain their findings. My former dentist is out of network and not covered by my insurance, so I was simply seeking a second opinion. After making that request, I was told not to return, which was very disappointing. I was also told I needed around 10 fillings and that there were multiple significant issues with my teeth. Given how unexpected this diagnosis was, I wanted it independently reviewed. The front office staff member, Liz, was also rude and spoke to me in a condescending manner. That said, the rest of the staff I interacted with were kind and professional. I take my dental care seriously and go every six months, so it’s important to me to work with a provider who is open to questions and supportive of patients seeking clarification or a second opinion. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

My family won't be going anywhere else again as long as we don't move! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and deliver high quality services. Never a long wait. You can tell they care about their patients and enjoy getting to know us. They don't mind kids in the office and even helped us chase our toddler around so we could be seen. Their schedule is fairly open and I love that they call to fit you in earlier when they can. They are up front about costs and the best options for your health. Unfortunately had to get some work done, but they made it painless and as comfortable as it could be. They don't give you the irritating dentist lecture about how you shouldn't do this or that like most do, which I appreciate! That's my business and I plan to continue enjoying my vices. One lady kept complaining about the staining I had during my first visit which upset me, but it wasn't as bad as I'm used to dealing with. This was because our last dentist was unable to get us in for over one year and we are used to check ups every 6 months. Of course you will have staining. Other than that one situation, it's been a pleasant experience. Very grateful to have found Canton Family Dentistry! This is a diamond in the rough. Check it out!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Patel and his entire staff. Going to the dentist has always been a source of anxiety for me because of some negative experiences I had while in the military. Because of that, dental visits were something I truly dreaded. From the moment I walked in, Dr. Patel and his team treated me with kindness, patience, and understanding. They took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Their professionalism and compassion made a huge difference for me. What really stood out was how attentive and reassuring everyone was. They didn’t rush anything and made sure I was okay throughout the entire process. That level of care means a lot when you’ve had bad experiences in the past. Thanks to Dr. Patel and his staff, I now have a much more positive outlook on going to the dentist. If you’re someone who struggles with dental anxiety like I do, I can’t recommend this office enough. They truly go above and beyond for their patients.

Dr. Patel is the best! He is incredibly skilled, efficient, and has a great eye for detail. I’ve never had such a painless and seamless teeth cleaning and whitening in the chair. I’ve also been struggling with a sensitive tooth for a while that Dr. Patel took the time to fix, making sure the finish and my bite felt comfortable. Truly the best in the business! Highly recommend!
