The staff canceled my appointments and said I owed a broken appointment fee. I asked how this was possible when I didnt cancel or miss my appointment. Today is Thursday and my appointment isnt until Mon. They said its because I did not confirm my appointment by 2pm today. They called and text to do so but I was at work. I never had to confirm my appointment before, and I've never missed an appointment. And considering my appointment is not until Monday one would think they have plenty of time to respond. I explained how wrong that was and that I wasn't paying for a fee for a broken appointment that I didn't cause. They said they wouldn't see us until it was paid. So I said we would be finding another dentist.

I have been going here for a few years now and i recently got braces to have a baby tooth move where it should be, I went yesterday for my appointment and had a very unpleasant experience. I don’t know the lady’s name who cleaned my teeth but i just know she was a bit older, she was scrubbing my gums and teeth until they bled like so much and the whole toothbrush that she was using was bloody ( pretty gross if you ask me) she could have at least gotten a new one. After she was done scrubbing my teeth she proceeded to ask me do i brush my teeth like that and do they always bleed i told her no because they never have done that before and i go to the ortho once a month and they have never made my teeth or gums bleed as much as she did.( as they see my teeth more and always tell me how clean and healthy my teeth and gums are). I’m not saying that these people aren’t doing thier job or don’t know what they are talking about but she could tell i was in discomfort when i had told her that the blood all over the toothbrush was gross and proceeded to still argue with me about it. Overall just a very horrible experience so maybe don’t come here if your in braces and need your teeth cleaned!

As a former soldier I have seen dentists from many different US states and as well as Overseas and I have never had any who could match his ability to do this without that "pinch" or pain I would normally experience. Dr. Nguyen always takes the time to listen to my concerns and explains all options available in a professional and caring manner. I have never felt rushed or ignored and the results of any of my procedures have been amazing. Dr. Nguyen and Staff - Thank you for all the years of tremendous dental services and care!

This provider has been my dentist since 2017. Care and treatment is always straightforward, easy, friendly and compassionate. The facility is well maintained, clean, and modern. Staff is welcoming and kind. For any treatment beyond cleanings the dentist provides thorough, gentle, and quick service. Usually never a wait time past appointment times. Often I am in and out of my visit in under an hour. Easy to schedule or reschedule with flexible hours. Definitely takes most of the anxiety out of going to the dentist!

I love this dentist office. My kids enjoy the play area. Open doors to the rooms so I can hear and see them when needed . Kids enjoy and have no problem with getting teeth checked . They are so kind and respectful and let the kids feel comfortable when cleaning teeth . I love this place my kids are eager to come .
