Carthage Dental Care

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Song. She was honest and thorough in explaining my treatment plan, and I truly appreciated the time she took with me. Her assistant was incredibly kind and supportive, even holding my hand while I was getting numbed. Their compassion and professionalism made me feel comfortable and cared for the entire time. Highly recommend!

Hi, I went to Long Falls dentistry to get a tooth pulled I did not have to wait long. It was a little bit of an emergency. My experience was very good. I was scared when I first got there and was thankful that they took such good care of me. The dentist pulled my tooth and it was actually quite interesting there was no pain at all ! I healed very well , there were no problems . I recommend this dentist office for dental care and emergencies .

Dr. Song is a great dentist, was very patient and caring with my son who was nervous about the work he had to have done to his teeth. She explained everything that needed to be done and as she was doing it also so he was more comfortable. I started going there myself first for my own dental work and Dr Song quickly became our family dentist! I also like that they are able to get you in for appointments for the rest of your treatment plan quickly unlike other dental offices that can take several months or even over a year for other offices I called before finding Carthage Dental Care! I Definitely recommend Dr. Song and Carthage Dental Care!

Extremely rude! I have never in my life had a "professional " speak to me the way she did. Takes full mouth x ray, and then asks me a question about the last provider, when I go to tell her "they're currently having issues processing insurance claims" , she then asks me "if I'm going to keep talking or let her work" so taken back, she obviously noticed my look of disgust, be cause she says "I'm sorry I'm very Blunt" I said "ok, so am I so let's do this" she puts her fingers in my mouth and says "we can do this but it's not going to fit , and you're not going to be happy" so then I say " if I get them, and they don't fit , what are my options then?" She says "there's no money involved so ?" Excuse me , my insurance pays for it.. so while I might not be handing you cash she still gets paid. I said "you know what how unprofessional are you!? You ask me questions then when I answer, you basically tell me to shut up because I'm asking questions about my own dental care?" I said "no way am I letting anyone pay you, you're extremely rude and unprofessional and your attitude is surely going run your business straight into the ground". The state now knows of her rude and unethical ways, and might I add that your facility is nasty.. I will be calling the health department next. The reviews of your business practices say it all!!

I bring my 10yr old twin daughters here for braces, they both have a super tiny mouth, which is preventing their other teeth from coming in. They have been going since Oct, and we have seen some amazing results, making room for their teeth to come through. I can't say enough about how my family is treated, they make us feel like family. With the results we have already seen, I can't wait to see the end results. Very pleased with everything!
