I just left dental dream and I’m glad I went because everybody was nice and explained everything. I went in handle everything at the front desk went to the back told them the problem they took x rays and told me what I needed. Told me what my insurance cover and handle the problem. The two young ladies who called me to the back was very nice I wish I knew they name so I could put both names in here. And the dentist told me what he was going to and handle things. I found a new dentist I will be going to for now own
After the dentist checked my grandson’s teeth, we had a young lady named Jessica to clean his teeth. She explained the process and went to work. She also told me about the services the facility offered as well. She made the experience quite pleasant.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this dental office and ultimately decided to leave before treatment because of the conditions and lack of professionalism I witnessed. The cleanliness of the office was alarming. There were Cheeto crumbs scattered across the floor, the air vents were heavily caked with dust, and the bathroom contained sticky bug traps. These are not conditions I would expect in any healthcare facility, especially one responsible for patient health and sanitation. I was also told by a staff member that I needed to contact my previous dental office myself to have both my dental records and my toddler’s records transferred. In my experience, dental offices typically handle records requests directly once a patient signs the appropriate release forms. Being told to coordinate this myself felt unprofessional and inconvenient. While waiting, there was a large bug crawling through the waiting area. A staff member later screamed that it was a roach. When I asked what it was, she responded that she didn’t know her bugs in a dismissive and ignorant manner. This only added to my concerns about the cleanliness and overall management of the office. What upset me the most was the behavior of several younger staff members in the patient care area. They were repeatedly using profanity and speaking loudly while patients, including my toddler, were present. My child was able to hear everything being said. The lack of professionalism and consideration for families was unacceptable. By that point, I was so frustrated and uncomfortable that I chose to walk out rather than continue with the appointment. Between the unsanitary conditions, questionable office procedures, apparent pest issues, and unprofessional staff behavior, I cannot recommend this dental office.
had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. The dentist “cleaned” both my teeth and my daughter’s in under 5 minutes total, which is completely unacceptable. A proper cleaning usually takes much longer and leaves your teeth feeling noticeably cleaner—this did not. There was no thorough scaling, polishing, or attention to detail. It honestly felt rushed and careless, like they were just trying to get us in and out. I left feeling like nothing was actually done, and as a parent, that’s very concerning for my child’s dental health as well. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for quality care. Please take your time and go somewhere that values proper treatment and patient care
I’m just now getting myself together enough to leave a review from my horrible dental experience some weeks back. I had to wait for hours to be seen, just to be rushed through my appointment. These people had water dripping down my face and neck onto my clothes, the cleaning itself was extremely uncomfortable and the dentist was super aggressive. Also, the bedside manner was practically non-existent. Smh if I had never been to a dentist before, and this was my first experience, I would never go to a dentist ever again. That’s how awful it was. How is this place in business??? It needs to be shut down!
First time at the clinic for my daughter, they took good care of her, everyone was very nice! We were in and out, Great service, wish I had them for my dental service.
Calvin has special needs and the staff was patient and calm with him for X-rays and his deep cleaning. There was not a long wait to be seen and the facility was very clean.
