Urban Dental Studio - Dentist Clarksburg

This place (and Dr. Zaidi) is an absolute gem of a dental practice! First, you should know that I truly FEAR going to the dentist. I hadn't been in over 2 1/2 years but knew that I needed to get back on track with my dental health, even though I practice very good oral hygiene. As a kid I was cavity prone and I have a good handful of extremely old fillings. Dr. Zaidi was concerned about two in particular, they were at least 50 years old, they were very large fillings, had cracks in them and signs of slight decay on one. She recommended that they be removed and since they occupied more than 60% of the tooth, she recommended that they be replaced with crowns. My initial response was panic. But after seeing the x-rays and looking at the high resolution pictures, I understood what she was talking about. I opted to do the work. I must say I was so impressed at how efficiently Dr. Zaidi worked, how gentle she was, and how thorough she and her assistant seamlessly worked together to make the experience totally easy for me. I also hate needles, and I couldn’t believe how easily she numbed up the area in my mouth. I never felt a thing! Aside from her outstanding skills as a Dentist, Doctor Zaidi's team is very kind, friendly, courteous, and professional. The office is bright and cheerful, and kept extremely clean and comfortable. I really can’t say enough about this experience. One thing that stood out was Denise at the reception desk. She is so knowledgeable about insurance and billing, making sure I knew exactly what I would be charged for the work to be done. I love that I didn’t have to call my insurance company or do anything on my end at all, she took care of everything! If you’re looking for a new dentist and you are anywhere near Clarksburg Maryland, I highly recommend that you check out, Urban Dental Studio, and Dr. Zaidi. She even checked on me the next day to make sure my teeth felt fine and I wasn’t having any sensitivities. I am so happy to have found Urban Dental!

I can’t recommend Urban Dental Studio enough. Dr. Zaidi is hands down one of the best dentists I’ve been to. She’s thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. I’ve been to a number of different dentists throughout the years and she has taught me things that none of my other dentists have pointed out. In addition, she uses state of the art technology to help show me some of the trouble areas in my mouth to help me better understand how i can improve my oral hygiene. I can’t forget to mention her amazing staff that provides top notch customer service. All in all, if you are looking for the best dental office around, look no further.

Dr. Zaidi and the team were amazing today! I had my teeth whitened, a few fillings, and a cleaning, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The office is super clean and has such a calming vibe, which made a huge difference. I felt completely taken care of and comfortable the entire time- from the moment I walked in to when I left. Definitely recommend them!

Urban Dental was amazing! Really happy that we decided to switch dentist. They were able to get my daughter and I both in within a weeks time, meanwhile my other dentist said there is a 4 month wait list. Dr. Zaidi is amazing, she was so kind to both my daughter and I. She performed both of the cleanings and gave us a comprehensive package to take home for additional treatments which we scheduled to have her perform in two weeks. This review is long overdue. I became a patient of Urban Dental Studio 3 years ago upon moving to the area. From my first visit to the present, Dr. Zaidi and her team have offered superior dentistry and compassionate care. The office is impeccably clean, with a sophisticated yet comfortable atmosphere. Denise is a delight at the front desk, always so warm, greeting patients by name and so helpful with scheduling and billing questions. Anya, too has a warm, calming presence, assisting Dr. Zaidi with skill and attentiveness. They make a great team. Dr Zaidi expresses genuine care for patients, ensuring their comfort during procedures, making adjustments as needed and explains treatment plans clearly and with patience. My spouse and children are patients as well and we have all been grateful for the consistently excellent care we’ve received.

Denise is the sweetest and most welcoming front desk receptionist. She is detailed in her explanation for billing and insurance. Dr Zaidi is communicative and attentive about the plan of care for her patients. She had made feel really comfortable during the time she treated me for my cleaning and explained the proper ways of brushing and flossing. Anya is kind and welcoming. I look forward to continuing to come to Urban Dental Studio because of the kind and caring staff!
