Cassie, my Hygeinist, was very knowledgeable. She gave me useful information about brushing technique and how it can adversely affect the gums. She also was very skilled in the way she implemented her cleaning tools in my mouth. I also enjoyed being in her company. She was very friendly and easy to get along with.

I haven’t been to the dentist in a few years and moved to the lakes region. I get very tense at the dentist but I was completely at ease with Dr. Crespo and her assistant on my first visit. She was very straight forward and told me what needed to be done moving forward. I felt no pressure to go in any direction other than what I felt comfortable with. Needless to say I started the process the next day with my deep cleaning! I am so happy with choosing this practice. Everyone in the office is friendly and accommodating.

Dr. Crespo is a wonderful addition to your team. She made me feel very comfortable after coming from a different dentist off with terrible experiences. I'm very grateful for her kindness and understanding.

In addition to being highly skilled In a multitude of areas, Dr. Maal is extremely dedicated to serving his patients. He is pleasant, personable and very accessible. The hygienists are also highly skilled (I just had the most comfortable cleaning I can ever recall), and the entire staff are clearly happy and project a friendly family feel to the place.

Many years with this practice through several Dentists and Hygienists. Always received fine care and consultation. Never pushed toward a procedure without full counseling. Office staff are always knowledgeable and helpful. They research our coverage to estimate costs of procedures. No surprises.

Dr. Crespo called me the day after the crown preparation to see how things were going. That is the first time any doctor has ever called me. Needless to say, I was very pleased with her concern. The procedure went very good - Dr Crespo and the technician kept me well informed and I was very pleased with the outcome.
