Generations Dental Care

I'm done with this place. They tell you that you really need a deep cleaning but we can't see you for another 3-4 months. You have to "confirm" your appointment but not really. They mean you really need to cancel it, not confirm it because they've already confirmed it for you. Therefore if you don't confirm it and you miss your appt then you get nailed with the missed appointment fee. (What's the point in confirming?) THEN I get a bill for my missed appointment AND my husbands appt. He has never had a problem paying his bill so why am I being billed for him? I'm done with their games. He seems to like them so I won't give you a 1 star like I want to.

Dr. Roberts is amazing! He took the time to answer all of my questions with thorough, compassionate explanations and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my visit. He’s incredibly kind, has a great sense of humor, and truly cares about his patients. Anyone who has Dr. Roberts as their dentist is incredibly lucky. The team at Generations Dental is outstanding, I can’t recommend them enough!

Outstanding staff that begins the minute you register as evidenced by their very friendly and welcoming approach. Melissa and Dr. Stetsyuk are first rate professionals who exhibit warmth and efficiency, explaining procedures every step of the way. What also impressed me is the comraderie and positive attitude reflected in staff interactions with patients and one another—great experience!

If it weren't so expensive, I would rate this experience as absolutely double perfect. Everyone is kind helpful and experienced and very very knowledgeable about the art of dentistry. I still rate the experienc as perfect!... But I wish it weren't so expensive! 😏

Had my first visit at Generations Dental of Concord and had a great experience. Everyone was professional, welcoming, and friendly from start to finish. The staff took the time to explain a lot of things I never knew about dental care, and it genuinely changed my outlook on how I’ll take better care of my teeth moving forward. Highly recommend!

I’ve had a great experience with this dental office. Dr. Anderson is a skilled and professional dentist, and the entire staff is friendly, respectful, and very attentive. They make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in and take the time to explain procedures clearly. The office is clean, well-organized, and runs efficiently. I have disabled child due to a stroke. This dental office has the most amazing staff and dentist. After I view my daughter's medical history and delays they were extremely patient and understanding with her. They took the exam extremely slow and answered the few questions she had. In addition to this when the dentist came in she was extremely understanding with my daughter and was very willing to take extra time to go over the dental plan with me. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone, the staff goes above and beyond to make every single person that walks in the door feel heard and valued.
