Benchmark Family Dental and Orthodontics

My kids had a great experience at this dental office! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. The appointment went smoothly, and they took the time to explain everything and make sure they were comfortable. I truly appreciate the excellent service and care. I highly recommend Benchmark!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been coming to this dental office since middle school in 2012, and even as a mid 20s adult, I still wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! The entire team makes you feel like family. Everyone is always so sweet, welcoming, and fun & they always make sure you feel comfortable and cared for. Most people dread going to the dentist but I genuinely enjoy coming here because of the amazing people who make every visit a great experience

Exceptional service all around! My entire family is seen here. With history of difficult dentistry, they are like a breath of fresh air. They've gotten my family's oral health back on track. Two members of my family are having orthodontics done and it's also going exceptionally well. They make everyone feel so comfortable from scheduling and billing to hygenist and orthodontics even oral surgery, we are so grateful. We just saw Samara yesterday and she did amazing work. The Good, Very great and polite service when they keep the appointment they scheduled with you. The Bad, Constantly rescheduling appointments the morning of your appointment for various reasons. Some might be legitimate reasons but when you hit a 66% cancellation rate it starts to get hard to believe. The Ugly, The appointment scheduling woman is incredibly rude. Do not mistake her with the very polite woman you meet when you first walk in as she is wonderful. The scheduling woman sits behind her and to the right. The Interesting, VA said they had marked the care as completed even though it has not been.

Wow! I just experienced the best care with the team of amazing women! Each one handled me with such care and compassion. From check in, to x-rays, cleaning and the Dr is the best yet. I was a prior patient years ago and just moved back. A totally different experience and I look forward to my next visit. I honestly can't say enough about how amazing it was. We all know the dentist office isn't the easiest appt. But you won't regret choosing Benchmark Dental!

I am here out of town I went to multiple locations around town. I was told about this place by a friend. They helped me right away. Staff is amazing. They made sure I had every bit of information my questions. Friendly environment, clean and very caring. Dr Ahmed was fantastic.

Have been a patient of Benchmark Dental for several years. I have seen different staff and doctors rotate through the years. I have to say at this time they have amazing staff. Mrs Ginger clean my teeth with patient, care and dedication. My experience was Great.

I found my dentist! I had such a great experience at the clinic. Everybody was so friendly, professional and helpful. I have been afraid to go to a dentist for years, but they took my fear away. Thank you Benchmark for taking care of my health. You are awesome!

My dental hygienist is really sweet and the prices are reasonable. They did a regular cleaning on me even though I was behind on my cleanings from another place. They explained everything and they were really patient about my questions. I will be continuing my dental plan here. I look forward to working with them further. My favorite part was that they did not ask me how often I floss. Or brush. They didn’t ask me any of those questions! Thank you for that because I hate answering!

Excellent customer Service, From the time I walked in, until the end of my appointment, the visit was Awesome! I was a new patient here referred by a friend. They took care of me. And I was able to get my husband scheduled the same day! All the way around, GREAT SERVICE, Friendly Staff, the experience was awesome!
