Copperas Cove Dentist

Crystal gave my teeth an excellent cleaning. Dr. Hadje is the absolute best! He is the perfect combination of friendly professionalism and top notch dental skills and service. My problem is wait times. Their hygenists are understaffed as they have unfilled vacancies. The waiting room was packed. I waited 45 minutes and patients who arrived after me were being taken in while I still waited. The front staff is nice and friendly, but seem a bit disorganized. I never received a reminder call for my appointment and my call to them the day before was not returned until the morning of my appointment, but they did have a cancellation and moved me up 2 hours. Maybe their traffic processes will get better when they are fully staffed.

Good service but we are never seen at our appointment times. We can 45 minutes early today and still didn't get seen til 20 minutes past our appointment time. This has been our experience for 2 years and its never got any better. Obviously the scheduling and routines are not working. Your customers have other things to do in their day and I find myself having to take extra time off of work or reschedule personal plans anytime I know I have to come here. Its extremely inconvenient and frustrating.

I had a tooth ache and was seen the same day I called! I was evaluated by the dentist and it was decided I needed several very old filling/caps be replaced, came back the next day and was fitted with temporary caps. The doctor was very accommodating and friendly! Thanks, Bill

What a great place. Just moved here from NorCal (Sierra Nevada Foothills). We live in Kempner now and we were looking for a new dentist so we looked up to see who was in our network (Delta) and found this place. I'm retired Navy so we've moved a lot and had many dentists. We had two in Auburn, CA. we loved but sadly, neither would move to Texas with us. Luckily we found this place right off the bat and we feel blessed. We hit it out of the park the first try. Went in for a cleaning with Stephanie and she was great. My Dentist Dr. Landen Hajje is great. He appears to be pretty young but don't let that fool you. Very professional, knowledgeable and personable. In fact, the whole staff is professional, knowledgeable and personable. I don't care to visit the dentist at all but this isn't a big deal. Very easy to come here for me. Got my cleaning and now in the process of getting an implant where my very back molar on the bottom was removed last year. So far so good. I would highly recommend this office if you are looking for a dentist.

I went for my temporary crown and was there 3 hours. 5 crowns later we got a fit. That was a lot of unnecessary product being used. Taylor finally came in and was amazing! Went back for permanent crown and I was there 2 hours. Happy with the end product, but it took a while

As soon as you come in Amber already greeted with smile:)) Stephanie did an amazing job doing xray and cleaning my teeth. Dr Smith very knowledgeable, friendly and always welcoming and ready to answer any questions you may have pertaining to my teeth: I recommend this dentist to everyone:))
