My experience here has been exceptional. The team here has completely transformed my teeth and made me feel more confident with my smile. I receive compliments everyday on my smile, something that I'm not so used to. Highly recommend!

After seeing the great results for my youngest daughter, I signed up and just finished getting my teeth fixed. Dr. Cosmo and his team were very professional, and I highly recommend this establishment. I was able to pay monthly over time, so it was very affordable!

The front desk staff is awful and so rude. It’s extremely unpleasant dealing with them. This is in response to the office management who replied back to my review: There was never any explaination of the policy for Saturday appointments. I’m sure it was documented in the chart somewhere that the policy was discussed with me but I can assure you, it was not. I did recieved a phone call today, 6/5/2026, from someone at the office. All she asked was why I left a 1-star review. I thoroughly explained why and there was never ANY mention from her to remove my review. I truly believe this practice is money hungry and does not care about patients at all. From day 1 I felt that I was just another number there and it was not a nice feeling. I completed my treatment and I can count on one hand how many times I actually saw the doctor (twice). I dealt with one orthodontic assistant who was incredibly pleasant and made up for the rest of the staff otherwise I would of left the practice a long time ago. This practice is another example of poor practices in Rhode Island masked by flashy media advertisements. Spare yourself the aggravation and go to an orthodontic practice that truly puts patients first. This is gaslighting at its finest. They cannot accept that someone is unhappy with their experience here and clearly will do nothing to change it. They would rather have YOU apologize and remove the review to obtain their image. Now that is bullying. Which I will not stand for.

Dr. Cosmo created a plan to restore my bite and give me the smile of my lifetime. The nine-month process of changing aligners is complete. I am proud of my new smile and can now easily open a bag of "whatever" using my teeth! (Seriously, I was able to do so at the starr of this journey!) Thank you to Dr. Cosmo and his wonderful staff!

My experience has always been excellent. From the very beginning, Marlene has been wonderful—she is consistently pleasant, patient, and very friendly with my children. She always makes sure to answer any questions I have and truly goes above and beyond. The rest of the staff is equally kind. They always greet my children and me with a smile, and their welcoming attitude makes every visit enjoyable. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.
