I cannot say enough positive things about Spartan dental in Cranston, RI, Dr. Pino, and the staff. As a long-term patient of this facility (thru previous owners), I was impressed with Dr. Pino upon my initial visit, and felt genuinely cared for, not just as a patient, but as a person. What stood out most was her compassion and professionalism. She took the time to truly listen to my concerns and made thoughtful decisions about my care. Instead of rushing into treatment, she prioritized my safety by partially treating the issue and prescribing the appropriate medication beforehand to ensure the best possible outcome. That level of care and attention is rare and deeply appreciated. The entire staff is exceptional. Everyone, from the front desk to the clinical team are kind, patient, and incredibly thorough. They explained each step of the process in a way that made me feel comfortable and informed. Even small details, like carefully positioning the X-ray tools to minimize discomfort, showed how much they value patient experience. I was especially impressed by how the team advocates for their patients, even ensuring that the right medications (like antibiotics when needed) are addressed proactively. If you are looking for a dental office that combines expertise with genuine compassion and attentiveness, this is the place. Highly recommend.
