My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Adrian Rayyan. She was fantastic from start to finish. She took the time to thoroughly understand our needs, explained everything clearly, and never tried to push unnecessary treatments. We truly appreciated her honest, thoughtful, and patient-centered approach. Our two kids were seen by Dr. Hanna Punnoose, and we couldn’t have asked for a better pediatric dental experience. She was incredibly kind, patient, and caring with our children, making them feel comfortable and at ease throughout their appointments. She connected with them so well, and they actually enjoyed their visit! She did an outstanding job, and we’re so grateful for the exceptional care she provided. We highly recommend both Dr. Adrian Rayyan and Dr. Hanna Punnoose to anyone looking for knowledgeable, compassionate dentists who genuinely care about their patients. The entire staff at this dental office was incredibly friendly and welcoming from start to finish. Everyone we interacted with was kind, patient, and genuinely attentive, making the whole experience comfortable and stress-free.

That office made me feel so comfortable. When I arrived, I was immediately acknowledged and made very comfortable. My wait time was only 7 minutes. Trish the assistant was very attentive in her duties. Dr. Rayyan explained everything in detail and discussed a plan. George, at the front desk for checkout, has a great sense of humor. He got me all set for my future appointments with ease. FAMILY DENTAL will be my permanent dental practice.

I recently brought my 96-year-old father with dementia here for a consultation, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Making the appointment was smooth, and the office staff was incredibly welcoming when we arrived. The dentist provided a wonderful, thorough consultation and treated my father with the utmost respect, patience, and care. We are confidently moving ahead with his dental treatment plan. We’ve had such a great experience at Family dentistry of Crystal Lake! My kids actually love going, which says a lot. My son recently needed some treatment and saw Dr. Ribhi and Dr. Wahba. They both were absolutely amazing. He was a little nervous at first, but they took the time to explain everything they were doing in a way that made him feel comfortable and at ease. He also had a cleaning with their hygienist, Kathy, who was fantastic. She was so friendly and gentle, and made the whole experience really positive for him. I’m so grateful to have found a team that’s not only skilled but also so great with kids. Highly recommend!

George the owner is very kind and helpful with any questions and willing to spend the time needed! Dr Rodriguez is an awesome dentist, I went in for 2 crowns on my front teeth and he talked about concerns he was having in which I appreciated his honesty. He takes his time and does great work! Everyone one at Family Dentist are very kind and seem happy to work there! I would highly recommend them! We miss Dr Halihan and staff, but this is a great fit as well!

The best dental practice I’ve ever been with! I have a huge fear of the dentist and the team here has made a world of difference for me! From the front desk (George), the assistants and hygienists, and Dr. Rayyan, everyone has been so nice and comforting every visit! Thankful to know I can call and be seen very easily, while they ensure I’m comfortable after every procedure.
