Dr. Carlson and staff are professional and courteous, taking time to answer any of my questions. Scheduling is easy and the office location, appointment times, and text reminders are all very convenient. If you're looking for a dental practice with a friendly, knowledgeable, and caring team, I highly recommend them. Great service for years.

10/10, I will always recommend this office! I’ve never felt more comfortable going in for a teeth cleaning. I’ve had a lot of dental work done over the past year, and every single visit has been a pleasant experience. From Ms. Tameka at the front desk to Karen, the hygienist, everyone is amazing. Dr. Ian is knowledgeable, informative, and genuinely kind. It’s hard to find exceptional customer service these days, but this office consistently goes above and beyond to make every patient feel welcomed and cared for. If you’re looking for a dental office that combines professionalism with outstanding customer service, this is the place!

This is a great team of administrators, hygienists and Dr. Carlson. Nice facility. Easy parking. Convenient. They keep you posted about upcoming appointments many times so you don’t miss ‘em. They are gentle, kind, and respectful that each patient is different. You’ll like this office.

The service here is superb. From the welcoming smile of Temika at the front desk to Dr. Carlson at the end of the procedure. Cassie is my hygienist. She is the best. I probably bore her with all my tales but she listens, anyway. Welcome to Kaniyah who fits right in. I give them 5 stars because they are worthy. Thanks for making these visits good experiences.

Had an amazing experience today! I went in for a filling and was literally in and out. The doctor explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient. And babyyyy that AC was WORKING — cold as ever in there, which I actually loved. Overall, great service and great atmosphere. Outstanding First Visit – Highly Recommend Druid Hills Dental. I had my first appointment at Druid Hills Dental today, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was promptly and warmly greeted by the front desk staff, which immediately set a welcoming tone for the visit. Callie handled my dental X-rays and was fantastic — polite, engaging, patient, and genuinely conversational. She made what can sometimes feel like an awkward part of a dental visit very comfortable. My dental hygienist, Cassie, was equally impressive. She was incredibly caring, knowledgeable, and thorough during the cleaning. I especially appreciated the time she took to provide great flossing tips and helpful patient education. It never felt rushed, and her attention to detail really stood out. Dr. Carlson also took the time to introduce himself personally, perform a very thorough exam, and patiently answer all of my questions. It’s clear he values patient care and making sure people feel informed and comfortable. Overall, this was one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. The entire team was professional, friendly, and attentive. I’m very glad to have found Druid Hills Dental and look forward to continuing my care there. Highly recommend!
